Family Vacation

Extremely clean and convenient location!

Wonderful location

The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities available. Loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach. The trolley stop right outside was super convenient as well! We definitely can’t wait to come back when we visit family again!

Wonderful rental property

Our family vacation

Everything was fantastic! There was only two downfalls. This is NOT a beach view! There are quite a few buildings blocking any site of the beach. Also the washer and dryer could have been updated, they were tiny as well.

Perfect home away home

Loved this place!! Didn’t want to leave. Everything was brand new and clean. (Very nice renovations) Decor was perfect. Beds were comfy and loved the shower. Had lots of extra things that came in handy. We were close to the beach. Could definitely walk, but we just drove around back since we had two small kids. Outside was lit up at night which was nice. Liked having two parking spaces, one covered and right by our stair entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not have enough towels for 8 people, nor enough seating for all 8 of us to watch a movie together. Besides that very nice place.

Long walks by dirty lagoons

Your property itself was beautiful and the updates were modern, but it's location to the beach left us wanting. Also, it would appear all beach accessories were locked up and made unavailable to paying guests. We purchased two chairs and left them for the next visitor. It would be a better visit if it were fully stocked with additional backup of kitchen towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Last minute, but a great choice

After some complications with another rental, we chose this one. It worked out well for us. This unit isn't directly on the beach, but the complex is. There's a short walkway to the beach inside the complex. And the beach is stunning all year long. The pictures of the unit on the website are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. There were enough towels for our family of 4 to use. Beds were comfy. The balcony is pretty much unusable, so don't factor that in. Parking was not an issue at all. This unit is at a much less crowded end of the beach, but trolley stops are right outside & it runs all day.

Find somewhere else

The walk to the beach is a distance and it’s crowded- it’s not just a few steps. Find a different place to stay and go to Langdon Beach. Locals do not like tourists and they make it very known. If you have kids who have the tendency to make noise DO NOT GO HERE. find a more family friendly place. VERY VERY strict rules and they will charge you extra and threaten to evict you with no explanation on why. Charged us 500 for a crack in a doorframe. When we got there, there was sunken in floors and broken blinds. They do not allow larger vehicles in their (empty) lot and they have a quiet time from 11pm-9am. Checking in was confusing, as the info was in a different location than the villas and nobody was answering their after hours number. It was constant complaint after another- our stay felt uncomfortable and we did not feel welcomed. They charged us 500 without even mentioning it about a damaged door and they didn’t send me pictures of any damage at all! I asked for pictures of said damage and they didn’t send any, only a statement. There’s other things damaged in there as well- like I mentioned earlier. If you do stay, make sure to take pictures of existing damages upon entry before they blame you.

We take property safety and community standards very seriously. Multiple neighbors reported a significant disturbance involving a guest at this unit attempting to force entry, with such intensity that it caused surrounding units to shake. It was confirmed that the door frame had been forcibly removed from the wall, the casing was cracked in multiple places, & there was visible damage to the door from prying attempts. The following morning, neighbors observed the same individual attempting to repair the door with a hammer. We documented the damage extensively & provided both photographic evidence and an itemized invoice outlining the necessary repairs. On the third day, it was reported that the guests were nailing a tarp into the covered back porch of the unit, an action that is a clear violation of HOA bylaws. We strive to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all guests and residents, and situations like this are taken very seriously to ensure community standards are upheld.

Deceiving

This property was newly updated and clean, as pictured. However, there were no Gulf views as described. The condo overlooks another condo and the busy road on the other side. There is no gulf or sound views. The described “2 baths” are actually 1 1/2 baths. The washer and dryer are very outdated and you can only wash and dry a few things at a time. TheY are very inefficient. One steep flight of stairs lead to the condo. The floors are made of a cheap, thin “wood-like” material and are very uneven. Would not suggest this condo for anyone with small children or older adults. It is a very long walk to the beach with many connected pathways and uneven surfaces. We drove every day to a beach access a couple miles down the road which was actually more convenient!! The condo was overpriced, we’ve stayed at much nicer condos for the same price directly on the beach. It was supposed to be “contactless” check in and we had to stop by the office just to get our code and parking pass. We go to Pensacola every year; for the past 14 years. Definitely won’t book here again!

Sophisticated and Super Clean

The unit had obviously been renovated very recently and they did a great job! The sheets and towels were of very good quality. Everything worked and matched and was very very clean. TV's were large and instructions for wifi were good. The only thing that was disappointing was the location at the very back of the property along the highway. From the listing, it looked like it was in the middle by the pool but during a busy season maybe that would have been obnoxious because of the noise. Plus, that may have been my misunderstanding. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back!

Beach Condo

Property was nice, enough space for all four of us. Quiet and well kept grounds. Just a short walk to the beach. Loves having a place to rinse off sand as we left the beach.

Great Beach Vacation

Great location for short walk to beach. Stopped at Publix twice before crossing the bridge to Pensacola Beach. Great store! Beach wasn’t too crowded. Pool wasn’t too crowded but could use a few more chairs. AC in condo worked great. Drove to dinner/shopping a couple nights. That area had a lot of people, but parking was never a problem & food was amazing. Wait times were around an hour to be seated. They’re short staffed just like the rest of the country. Had a great trip & would definitely stay here again.
