Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

AMAZING STAY

We had an incredible stay! The condo has AMAZING views that we couldn’t get enough of, a spacious and comfortable living area, and the bedrooms were huge and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, helpful, and super friendly. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Unbelievable Views

The views from the balcony are second to none, especially on the 4th of July! Couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience for the family, from the property itself, to the easy beach access, pool, and other amenities. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Couldn't have been better!

Our stay was as amazing! The view from the condo is absolutely unbelievable!! Better than you can ever dream. The condo is clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with everything you may need. Hardest part was leaving!

The best weekend

We loved everything about this condo! From the start of our trip communication was amazing. We walked in the condo and it was everything and more! The rooms are spacious, location was perfect, and the view is amazing. We loved being able to easily go to the pool or beach. Getting around the island was so easy and fun with the easy accessible trolley stop. We can’t wait to stay again!

Best Family Getaway

We loved this property so much! P Perfect location near the bay for the littles when the waves were rough and same distance to the beach when the waves were calm. Donna was an excellent host who answered our questions right away. We are already planning our next trip.

Had to purchase a fan because we had limited control of A/C. For the money we spent on the week, we should have had control of A/C without limits.Otherwise, the property was great. The location is fabulous! Excellent view!

Absolutely fabulous vacation! Smoothest booking, rental, check-in and departure process we’ve ever had. Very well furnished and equipped condo, had anything we needed in the kitchen. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach towels, etc.- it’s all there already! Hostess has thought of everything essential for a perfect beach vacation. I am saving all of Donna’s contact info. for my next trip to Pensacola Beach.

This property is exactly as described. The balcony was great. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The condo is very comfortable. We found the people in the area very friendly from the restaurants, shops and condo building itself. Donna at Emerald Coast could not have been more welcoming and timely with her communication. We look forward to coming back here some day. We had a great experience.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was wonderful and well located. The views are amazing. The only downside was that the mattresses are very hard and squeaky like the springs were broken. If they replace them then it would be a perfect 10 and we would stay again!

Blue Angles Week

Absolutely gorgeous condo with plenty of room. Loved the balcony and the views you could get from both the ocean side and bay side. Our sons loved the fishing from the dock at the condo and the short walk across the road to the beach. Plenty to do from the pool, to tennis or pickel ball. We will definitely be booking again and hope to get this condo again.

Spectacular views

Beautiful views of both the sound and gulf .. we were across the street from the gulf but not not far from public beach access. Quiet area of Pensacola beach on Ft Pickens road Our children and grands came to visit and had super time playing tennis with us and swimming in the pool and ocean .. close to everything but not congested except if u want to eat at PegLeg Pete’s. Delicious food just down the street but long waits. Condo was clean and perfect with all the amenities you could ask for ! Best one we have stayed at.

Expectations EXCEEDED!

Our family booked this condo last minute and we seriously couldn’t have had it any better!! W have kids ranging from 17 down to 3 so this place was spacious, quiet, very clean, supplied with all you need in the kitchen, wagon and beach chairs to take to the beach, and extra beach towels! Donna with Emerald Coast Getaways was very good at communicating and would highly recommend booking this condo again!! The pool was huge and not full at all. Our kids loved it!! We also took advantage of the tennis/pickleball courts! There is a walking /biking path that we used as well. The walk to the beach is very short! Lastly, THE VIEW….AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! You can’t beat the view of both the ocean and bay!! Priceless!!
