Close to Tampa Outlets, Krate, Wiregrass Ranch and St Leo. 1 hour to Clearwater and 1 hour and 20 min to Disney. Enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature; take the kayaks out and watch the sunrise; bring your fishing poles and spend time on the brand new dock; or cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen! The home also has kid toys, board games, and books to entertain the little ones. There is also a saltwater aquarium and even chickens roaming outside! The home is on a dirt road with very few neighbors. You will get amazing sunrises over the lake every morning and lots of wildlife including bald eagles, sand hill cranes, hawks, coyotes (you might hear them yipping at night) and other wildlife. Like all bodies of water in Florida there are also alligators in the lake occasionally but they won’t bother you (just avoid swimming in there).
