Whether you are planning a retreat for summer or winter, you can't go wrong with this incredible space, conveniently situated between the Park City Golf Course and one of the best ski resorts in Park City.



The Space:

This beautifully-appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is the perfect gateway to mountain adventures for your next family retreat. Situated in an incredible location, you are sure to come back from your outdoor adventures with many wonderful memories to share.



Upon entrance to the home, hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of space for your gear. Turn up the heat with the indoor gas fireplace, and feel the warmth radiate throughout the home. Relax on the plush sofa and armchair seating in the family room as you unwind from your adventurous day. Stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV, as you snuggle up with blankets next to your loved ones.



The chef in your group will adore the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. Whip up a delicious classic recipe, or try out a new vacation meal to celebrate your time in Park City. Keep the cook company with the barstool seating for up to 3. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the dining area while sharing exciting stories of your time on the slopes.



A bbq grill is available during your stay in the private outdoor patio, where the master griller of the group can show off their exquisite skills. For a night of peaceful rest, the master suite on the main floor boasts a lovely king-size bed, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a modern walk-in shower.



The second bedroom, on the upper level of the condo, features a beautiful king-size bed, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable queen-size beds, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a table with seating for 3, and a large flat-screen TV. There is a shared full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with a shower/tub combo.



A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay.

Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, community hot tub, and pool. You will also have access to 1 free parking on the premises.

Getting Around:

From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system with the Snowflower bus stop directly across the street from the condo and will take you to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

The place was perfect with everything you need at your finger tips. The location is phenomenal, literally across the road from First Time lift. The only inconvenience is that the communal hot tub is located in a separate building which requires a short walk (private hot tub in the description is a bit misleading). Otherwise we had a great stay and would book again.

Within walking distance of the lifts and right across the street from the free shuttle stop. Nice to have a wood burning fireplace, although except for 2 logs you have to supply your own wood.

We had a great time in Park City. I was a bit worried that two families of four would be cramped, but we didn’t feel that way at all. The kids slept and hung out in the loft. The location is the winner. Just across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. We walked up everyday to get our skis out of storage and we’re on the slopes in less than 30 minutes. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds and sheets are comfy and the bathrooms comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

THe condo was amazing! It was clean, had everything we needed and then some! THe location was ideal for skiing, right across from the back porch was the parking lot for the ski lifts. The complex was very impressive, and the underground covered reserved parking spot was a huge benefit. The ski boot and glove dryers were very helpful and all of the kitchen appliances were as well. Beautifully renovated kitchen and overall very nicely furnished. Would definitely return to this very unit! Thank you!!

Awesome place ! You will not regret it

I really enjoyed staying in this property. The posted pictures were not updated and we were very much surprised about how nice and modern the place and all the appliances are. The property was clean and organized. We have all the necessary utensils, towels, linens, etc. It was very close and such an easy to walk to the lifts. I definitely would recommend this property to my friends and family . You will not be disappointed at all with your stay. The only minor recommendation for our stay is that hopefully they can figure out a way to have some sort of storage area for our bags since our flight came in early and we were there 2-3 hrs early and we have nowhere to safely keep our luggage and ski bags until the 3pm check in. The group all thank you for having us.

Traveled to Park City from the east coast with our family of six. Pleasantly surprised to find that the unit had been updated and the loft bedroom framed in. It was lovely. Located right across the street from the PC parking lot. A bit of uphill getting to the closest chair lift, but an easy walk back home. We would book again! Thank you!

Great Park City property

You can’t beat this location. Steps from the ski hill at Park City. Comfortably fit my family of 5 and in-laws perfectly. Great pool and hot tub as well that is only steps from the unit. I will definitely be renting this unit again next year.

This condo located literally a few steps away from Park City Mountain lifts... can’t get any better. Condo is very clean and comfortable. We had 3 teenagers and they occupied second floor which had that unique section as open room and kids loved it! Overall I recommend this condo to anyone! It’s walking distance to fresh food market and free bus stop next to the condo. Very convenient for everything you need on your vacation! Thank you!!!!
