Second space of 11m² also with two pull-out beds (90x200). - A bathroom with shower and WC. - A storeroom to store your suitcases and equipment. In front of the apartment, a private space with a large pergola for your meals. Possibility of parking your car securely and privately. The swimming pool (4*9 m) is shared with the owners in an area protected by a fence. Enjoy this space from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. during your stay. Gite not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cozy is the first word that comes to mind when you enter Benoit and Joëlle's house. 1km from Saint Jeannet, historic 11th century village on its hill perched 400 meters away. Don't miss the panoramic view of the Mediterranean at the top of Baou, accessible by several hiking trails. Ground floor of the villa and its large swimming pool with the Baou de Saint-Jeannet
