L'Aminèxe is a maisonette - a small completely independent house that is located in a 2.5 hectare gated park with three large villas - secure and quiet and with a large terrace with beatiful views over the landscape all the way to the Mediterranean Sea some 15 kms away and turning around a fantastic view of the Pre-Alpes. It is located a short walking distance (app. 1 km.) from the cozy village of Tourrettes sur Loup which has two bakeries, at butcher, two grocers/greengrocers, a Wednesday market and a dozen restaurants ranging from simple to Michelin level.
The house is simple but well-appointed with a nice bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a conventional oven and a microwave oven, a lounge with a sofa and two lounge chairs as well as a bedroom with a nice double bed that is electrically adjustable.
However, you are likely going to spend most of your time on the terrace of some 70 sq mtrs, partly covered and equipped with dining table, a gas grill and lounge chairs and beautiful flowers. There is a private parking in front of the house which is easy to get to. The house has NO internet, TV and that is deliberate so that you may enjoy the quiet.
Dogs are welcome but kindly note that the property is not fenced.

Lovely and quiet place

We spend 3 nights in this very cute and quiet house. THe terrasse is huge and sunny and the surroundings are beautiful and natural.

Nous avons passé plusieurs semaines dans cette charmante maison (en attente d'un déménagement) ; cadre enchanteur ! un havre de paix a quelques pas du village de Tourrettes sur loup.La petite maison suffit pour 2 personnes et nous avons apprécié l'extérieur avec cette grande terrasse. Stationnement très simple.Le seul bémol est le manque de wifi mais pour se ressourcer c'est l'idéal ! Des balades a faire , des visites de Saint de vence, Grasse et la ville de vence a 10 mn en voiture.L appartement est bien equipé et nous avons regretté notre départ car tout y est pour se sentir bien. De plus, notre hôte a accepté notre chat ! JE RECOMMANDE CAR UNIQUE !Audrey

Un cadre merveilleux, l'hotesse très agréable, équipement fonctionnel. Un sèche-cheveux et un grille-pain seraient les bienvenus. Je recommande et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Excellent Accueil. Une jolie maison. Propre.Vaisselle pour 14 personnes. Bien vu.Tout est bien et confortable.Un manque crucial : la wi fi quand on en a besoin pour travailler.

Joli village de Tourettes

Très bel environnement, calme, belle maison avec terrasse, vue sur mer, Tourettes est un très beau village médiéval. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre petit chien seul bémol nous avons eu de la pluie tous les jours mais .cela reste imprévisible

Bel emplacement du bien dans résidence sécurisée, nécessité d améliorer : canicule et chaleur les périodes d été = besoin Clim, enlever moquette sol car pas hygiénique, voiture plein soleil la journée = nécessité accès garage attenant,volets roulants et moustiquaires à réparer , manques certains éléments de vaisselle (passoire , couvercle casseroles) manque congélateur , avec ces ajustements le bien serait parfait

un petit paradis

Super endroit de rêves Un vrais petit paradis entouré de fleurs. Les odeurs de jasmin nous ont fait voyager. Merci à l'accueil de Clara très chaleureux. Au plaisir de revenir ! Location à retenir ne pas hésiter !
