Better than you can imagine

This is a jaw-droppingly beautiful property and is full of high-end finishes. To begin, there are indeed four bedrooms. I say this because a prior reviewer noted three bedrooms which had me a little nervous since we needed four. Two of the bedrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms and saunas. There are a total of four floors, and most of the flooring is heated. There's high-end lighting throughout, a very well-stocked kitchen, a large hot tub off of one of the bedrooms and a workout room, right of the basement garage. There are large windows throughout with great views, all including electric shades. On the top floor, there is a heated lounge chair, a large soaking tub with bluetooth capability and the remaining two bedrooms. The pool referenced in the ad is not on site - it's a community pool about a 20 minute walk from the chalet. It was extremely busy when we visited it, with lots of young children.Christine, the property owner, is a total gem. She gets back to you in a timely fashion, is friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed her and the property.If you're coming for skiing, the Seceda chairlift is only 10-15 minutes away, but it's a long walk in ski boots, and the bus system is not reliable or user-friendly. That was a little challenging to deal with, but worth it to stay in such a beautiful property.

Very nice and cozy chalet for families. Beds super comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms Seceda in 10 minutes walk from chalet. Tiny small grocerie shop around the corner. Christine very helpful and quick to response.

Fantastic chalet and great location

Chalet Paruda is a fantastic chalet in a great location. We were 7 adults staying for one week in this fantastic chalet. This is a top quality chalet located quite close to the restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the ski lift. We parked our skis and boots in the locker room next to the ski lift which made the walk easy. If you plan to go for a full sella-ronda tour, I recommend to start early and take a taxi to Santa Cristina and start the tour in the Saslong lift. This will give you much better skiing experience.

Stijlvol verblijf tijdens onze wintersport vakantie

Deze stijlvolle accomodatie verdient een dikke dikke pluim! Betreffende de inrichting is aan alle details gedacht, het is te zien en voelen dat het huis met liefde is gecreeerd, en van alle comfort voorzien. Naast de zeer sfeervolle , stijlvolle en complete inrichting, is er ook aan de clientele gedacht door de aanwezigheid van een goed gevulde wijnkoelkast, een mooie theebar, een uitgebreid Nespresso assortiment, een Playstation met de leukste games, spelletjes, een sauna, stoombad en cold tub. Het huis is gevuld met licht en biedt een ieder een plekje op een van de balkons, de tuin, de zithoek om zich even lekker terug te trekken. Tip: de 2 persoons bedbank in het souterain vervangen door een echt bed met goed matras zou het geheel een nog completer huis voor 8 personen maken. Al met al verdient dit huis een dikke 10!

Perfektes Haus, super Lage!

Uns hat das Haus Paruda mit unseren 4 Kindern im Frühling sehr gut gefallen. Die perfekte Basis für Wandertouren auf den umliegenden Bergen und in Fuß-Entfernung zu zahlreichen Restaurants - auch wenn viele ob der Vorsaison noch nicht geöffnet hatten. Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht und sehr stylisch - was wir sehr gerne mögen. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist hochwertig un komplett. Wir haben in unserer Großfamilie nichts vermisst. Der Skilift ist zu Fuß erreichbar aber mit dem Auto ist es einfach bequemer.

Everything for the perfect stay in Ortisei!

We stayed at Chalet Villa Paruda for 5 nights and were immediately impressed with the owner, Christine, who is very pleasant and accommodating. The location of the villa is perfect because it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone downtown. We rented and stored our skis at Gardena Sport so our daily routine was to walk to town, pick up our skis and within minutes, we headed to the ski lifts at Seceda. Our favorite ski day was the Sella Ronda ski route and our two favorite warming huts were Fermeda and caffe Val D’Anna (in the Seceda resort). There were plenty of choices for food, shopping and Après-ski downtown and we never had to use our car! Our favorite meal was at the new local brewpub - Monpiër de Gherdëina. The Villa itself is immaculate, clean, and very well decorated with ultra-modern amenities tastefully integrated with the mountain cabin sud-tirol feel. Heated floors and super comfortable beds also made it very cozy. Our only complaint was the lack of snow and cold weather outside but the excellent accommodations made up for it. I would definitely recommend this property. Hope to stay there again soon.
