The OandW Trail House is a renovated 1870's farm house. It is perfectly situated at the entrance to the OandW rail trail in Cottekill, NY just minutes from High Falls, Stone Ridge and Rosendale. Both New Paltz and Kingston are 15 minutes away. The home perfectly balances the historic farmhouse feel with modern décor and amenities including a large outdoor hot tub. An open concept chefs kitchen is fully stocked and makes for a perfect setting to enjoy quality time with friends and family.
The house is a 2 level farm house full of windows that let in the natural light and is just steps away from the OandW rail trail. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with a full bathroom , 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom , a chefs kitchen, large dining area, living room with a wood burning fireplace and a washer dryer. The house has a large outdoor hot tub and a fence around half of the property making it private. It sits on 2 acres of land which can be used for your enjoyment. In the warmer months make use of the outdoor firepit, wrap around porch and grill. The kitchen has all cooking essentials and basic pantry goods. Bed linens and towels are provided as well. There is strong wifi and a smart tv as well as a wireless speaker. You will find a ping pong table, dart board, a kids mountain bike and a men’s mountain bike for use in the barn.
**Please note any extended stays over 2 weeks will require an additional $150 cleaning fee for every 2 weeks- does not include laundry or changing of linens. Paid separately.
Please use the hot tub responsibly. No drinks, lotions, toys etc are to enter the tub. Please shower prior to entering to remove any lotions, body oils or perfume. Should the hot tub be used inappropriately guests will incur additional maintenance fee of $250.

Maintain cleanliness
Before using hot tub please rinse, wipe feet prior to stepping in. No glassware, oils, body lotions etc allowed in tub. No toys allowed in hot tub.
