The location:Surrounded by fields and meadows, the former farmhouse is in a secluded location, not far from the Campen lighthouse.The village of Upleward with its more than 1000 years of history belongs to the municipality of Krummhörn. Krummhörn consists of 18 terp villages and the fishing village of Greetsiel. It is considered the most unspoilt region in East Frisia. The North Sea and the unique Uplewarder dry beach are only about 1500 metres away, shopping facilities are available in Pewsum, about 4 km away.The Gulfhof:The barn wing of this stately Gulfhof "Uplewarder Grashaus" was originally built in 1803 and was completely renovated in 2008 and rebuilt as far as possible true to the original. The "Campen" holiday flat was completed in 2011 and the gulf, i.e. the central part of the barn with its imposing timber frame, was converted into a large village square with a gallery above. The flat is also suitable for wheelchair users thanks to the extra-wide doors.When you enter the flat, you will find yourself in the spacious living/dining area, which is laid with modern and large-format tiles and - like the bathroom - has underfloor heating.The living area is equipped with a dining area with six chairs, a kitchenette, two leather sofas, a flat screen TV and a music system. Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund 4 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Campen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber, modern und super ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und auch für schlechtes Wetter findet man Beschäftigung. Herausragend praktisch ist auch die Hundedusche, nachdem der Hund im Watt war. Die Ferienwohnung liegt total ruhig mitten zwischen Feldern und Wiesen - ideal für den Hund. Hier kann man sich hervorragend entspannen. Um etwas zu Unternehmen oder auch Lebensmittel einzukaufen, ist man auf Fahrrad und Auto angewiesen. Greetsiel ist sehr touristisch. Für einen Platz im Restaurant muss man zwingend reservieren.
