Welcome to La Playita, a house renovated in 2025 in the village of Château d'Oléron.
Close to the viaduct, the house stands on the ramparts of the Vauban citadel overlooking the village's small beach.
It comprises a large living room/kitchen/dining room.
4 bedrooms for 8 people
1 bathroom and shower room and 2 WCs.
A large terrace overlooks the stone walled garden and a pergola with dining area, plancha and brazier!
You have direct access to the beach, shops and artists' studios, a multitude of restaurants, the covered market (every day except Monday), the huts on the port, and of course the ocean (by bike or car)...
Linen and bedding (sheets, towels, Futas, etc.) optional: €150 extra.
