A perfect location! We could walk out the door right to shops, coffee, and restaurants. Customer service was prompt and friendly. The pool was heated and perfect for a couple of cooler days we had during our stay. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

We loved this property. It is right above Pizza Social which has excellent pizza. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the courtyard with the pool, putter golf and porch swing are fantastic!

We had such a great stay at this VRBO in Anna Maria Island! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything and just a quick, easy walk to the beach. It made getting around so simple and relaxing.Parking was easy and we never had any issues, which was a huge plus in a busy area. Even though the property is right near shops and restaurants, it was surprisingly quiet inside and felt like the perfect place to unwind.Having the pizza place right downstairs was such a fun bonus—the pizza was delicious and it was so convenient to grab dinner without having to go anywhere. We could hear a little bit of their music at times, but it honestly wasn’t disruptive at all. They were also incredibly considerate and even asked if we needed them to turn it down, which we really appreciated.The outdoor area was perfect for us, especially traveling with an infant. It gave us a great place to relax and play during nap time. The pool was amazing, the putt-putt was such a fun touch, and we even enjoyed watching a movie on the porch swing one night.Overall, it was the perfect mix of lively location and relaxing place to stay. We would absolutely come back!

This property definitely did not disappoint! Fantastic location that’s close to both the beach and the pier. Shops and food are all within walking distance. The backyard was a hit. The pool and putting green were a fun addition to the large backyard space. Great communication from the hosts who made sure our check in process went well and called to make sure everything was going well and to let them know if we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this space again.

Very nice property with perfect location to avoid having to drive anywhere. Only negative is the single parking spot for a house that sleeps 6. That doesn't make sense at all. Lucky for us, a local resident saw us struggling to unload our vehicles with a 2 year old in tow and offered us parking for the two additional vehicles right near by on their property free of charge. Aside from that, all was well. Spotless place with everything in working order. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bath towels and bath towels provided. Felt safe and secure at all times. Back yard/pool was incredibly inviting and comfortable. Beach chairs and cart provided also which was nice. Everything you could ask for. Would highly recommend for sure.

Great getaway

We have LOVED this place! Three of us came down to work remotely and play and it’s been perfect! Great outdoor and indoor furniture and spaces for working and reading, relaxing. It’s a PERFECT location right on Pine Ave with all the shops and restaurants but surprisingly quiet and private - from the living space you’d never know you were on the Main Street. Just a few blocks to the beach and the Sandbar Restaurant. Also not far from the pier and farmers market on Tuesdays. The management company was quick to reply with the few questions we had and were accommodating to our check in and out needs. All in all I’d give it a 10 star review if I could. We will definitely be back!

Property inside was very clean. An extra garbage bag would have been nice. Outside by the pool could hve been picked up and swept off. Upon arrival, there was an accumulation of trash by the entrance gate that was left and torn open, no outdoor trashcan so when we left there was our trash also. Definitely would come back.

Great stay on Anna Maria Island!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we really loved the location of this rental--just a quick walk down the street to a beautiful beach with a very fun beach restaurant nearby. The house was well equipped, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the pillows were very below expectations of a place this nice. The rental sits on Pine Avenue which has lots of fun shops to visit. The weather wasn't the best for our trip, but we had one great beach day and plenty to do in the area on cooler days with a comfy place to spread out when we were back "home". There was no noise from the pizza shop below the unit and it served great pizza! It was too cool for us to use the pool or the outdoor deck, but both were great additions we would love to use on a future visit!

Beautiful stay at AMI

We had an awesome stay in the heart of Anna Maria. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, walking distance to anything you need, including the beach. It was right above a pizza place on the main strip, but still felt private enough and not loud at all. The pizza was delicious as well. Need to be good with stairs but that was not a problem for us. Each bedroom had a king size bed that made it perfect for our group of 3 couples and a toddler. Everything was new, comfortable and worked great. My only area for improvement is one of the gaming barstools was broken and needs repair but no big deal. The outdoor area with private pool, ample seating, putting green and outdoor tv was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The place came with beach chairs, a wagon, and other beach supplies that was a nice perk. We love Anna Maria Island and this was a great way to experience it. 100% recommend and we would definitely stay here again!
