Just five rows from the Atlantic Ocean, this home has a spacious great room with a high ceiling and windows that let in tons of light making the home bright and open feeling. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and tile floors that extend into the dining area where there is a large table with seating for 8. It also overlooks the living area making it great for entertaining. The first master bedroom is located on the main level and has a private bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sinks. This bedroom also has access to the back patio and pool. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds with a shared hall bath featuring a tub/shower combination. A separate laundry room is also found on this floor. A total of nine steps lead you up to the second floor where the second master bedroom with a king bed and private shower-only bath are located on the right side of the stairway. On the left hand side are six more steps that bring you to the third level where the den is located with a TV area with sleeper sofa. Off this den is the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds and shares hall bathroom with the den. This bedroom configuration provides plenty of separation for multiple or extended families. The private pool area in the back of the home has plenty of space to lie out and sunbathe.
