We require a 3 night minimum for all weekend bookings unless the reservation is less than 30 days away.
We do require $35/night per pet which we will request separately. Please note--we also require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed for all reservations.
There is a small, low lying bridge you have to cross to get to the neighborhood. Snow should not impact crossing, as people live there full time, but the rare heavy flood would present a problem. We try to keep an eye on water levels and give notice if it might become impassable coming or going, but occasionally a flash flood surprises us. The bridge does have a 10 ton weight limit as well.
Also, please note, due to the home being an old log home, the stairs inside going to the basement and outside steps off of the back deck, are fairly steep.
During the summer months, please be aware that lawn maintenance may stop by during your stay to service the yard. We also have service providers who stop by to pick up trash and service hot tub.
If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
