- another bedroom with two bunk beds, making a total of 4 80 x 190 single beds;
- a functional bathroom;
- a new, fully-equipped, modern kitchen with induction hob;
- a large living room with a 140 x 190 sofa-bed and an 80 x 190 single bed ;
- a secure, heated swimming pool just a few meters away (open from June 15 to September 15).
You'll particularly appreciate the terrace and mountain views.
During your stay, you'll find the following facilities at your disposal: Parking, Folding cot, Garden furniture, Parasol, Wifi, Television, DVD player, Connected speakers, Board games, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located in a beautiful Savoyard residence, a former 4-star hotel.
The charming, lively city center (restaurants, skating rink, tennis courts, etc.) is 250 m away, and the gondola to the ski area is 800 m away.
Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.

With 400 km of pistes, the Saint-Gervais Megève ski area, accessible by a new gondola lift, is one of the largest in the Alps and offers exceptional panoramic views of Mont Blanc.

- Geneva International Airport: 1 hour 4 minutes by car.
