This chalet is a former guest house that I have renovated.
It is a traditional and charming chalet typical of Haute-Savoie (Upper Savoy).

What makes this property unique

The chalet is located on the sunniest slope, in a very quiet area, 250 m away from the town centre of Samoëns and 700 m high, at the foot of the Grand Massif (256 km of slopes).
Samoëns is a little village nestled in the Vallée du Griffe, an unspoilt mountain setting. You could not wish to live in a better place.
