The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room: comfortable double sofa bed.

Fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (BOSCH-TASSIMO).

Bathroom: walk-in shower, modern washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.



Easy and paid parking at Imbach square. (free at night).



Location:

Prime location, in the heart of Angers, in direct proximity to shops, restaurants and public transport.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
