Cottage 12 - Year Round - Pet Friendly -1 King Bed / 1 Bath & Courtyard

Cottage 12 - Stand Alone, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, w/ a King Bed & Loft. The loft w/ a twin is suitable for a child & is accessible by ladder only. The Cottage features 1 newly renovated Bathroom w/ electric fireplace, air-conditioning, & a walk in shower. There is a private courtyard complete w/ Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, & a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults / 1 Child.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies).

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cottage was in walking distance to so many places. We never drove the car while staying there. We used the bikes that were available and enjoyed a nice ride on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail.

Cozy in NH

The cottage was perfect. We were there for 10 days. The women caring for the cottages were super kind. They made sure if we needed anything, we had it. The cottage was clean. We had plenty of firewood for the outside fire pit. All in all, it was just great.

Just me & My Dog

I love and have had a couple decades of Lake Winnepesaukee summers. With my boys now grown and raising their own families in other parts of the country, I drove up for a couple days, by myself, for a Lake Winni fix. The on site cottage was perfect in terms of location, privacy, cleanliness and the unspoken presence of security that was important to me a line traveler. I highly recommend this Inn for a special week on the lake, couples, small families. Accommodations are beautifully updated and comfortable.

Lovely Cottage Getaway!

My husband, 7 year old daughter and I stayed at Cottage #12 while our son was in the area for a sleepaway camp for a week. We had our own little vacation, just the 3 of us, and had a ball. The Cottages were a sweet spot to camp out for the days we were there. My husband's requirements of AC & strong wifi did not disappoint. We loved the little kitchenette, the outdoor picnic table and the fire pit. Plus the close proximity to the village of Wolfeboro was ideal. We took the complimentary bikes out one day for a scenic ride, went kayaking one day, drove to Brewster Beach (so close) 4 days in a row for different time periods, and got to know the other people staying in the other cottages a bit - all very down to earth, and happy. the big bonus for our daughter were the families who had their dogs with them, as she was on petting patrol and had a ball with them. One of the owners, Robin, was on property a handful of times during our stay and was just terrific. She even got us a little tortilla chip & salsa appetizer while we were waiting for a table at El Centerione (sp?). Thank you again for a truly memorable stay for "Vera's Vacation".

We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. We have a huge family and that gives us an advantage hosting large groups.

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.
