Cottage 12 - Stand Alone, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, w/ a King Bed & Loft. We decorate for Halloween! See pictures!
The loft w/ a twin is suitable for a child & is accessible by ladder only. The Cottage features 1 newly renovated Bathroom w/ electric fireplace, air-conditioning, & a walk in shower. There is a private courtyard complete w/ Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, & a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults / 1 Child.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies). You must have the dog registered as a guest when you book. No unregistered pets allowed

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.
