The lakefront property features a shared sandy beach, a dock (additional fee), walking distance to Bank of NH Pavilion concert venue and situated centrally in the beautiful Lakes Region. Experience the magic of Gilford at our house. Please be mindful that this property is situated on hilly terrain (driveway) that may be difficult for some guests to navigate.

Quaint bungalow with all the necessary amenities. Excellent quick communication. Beautiful layout, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will plan visiting again. Location is convenient to many area attractions with the option of just enjoying the day by the water relaxing.

We had an amazing time vacationing during the 2026 Labor Day weekend. The house was clean, well appointed and was equipped with everything needed for an eventful stay. Having access to the lake for swimming, boating and fishing via the dock and beach area was a plus. The propane grill and patio area was perfect for evening dinners and calm morning coffee/breakfast.

A peaceful and pristine house overlooking the Lake, with a nice clean beach and dock shared with two other houses. We enjoyed having dinner from our front yard overlooking the lake. A good base of operations to visit other parts of the scenic district. The house itself had character from the outside, and on the inside it seemed like new, with a nice kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. The towels and linens were clean and ready for use when we arrived. It is so nice to go on vacation and to have the house even better than expected. The host family live nearby and they were responsive and efficient in responding to any questions. We were very happy with the whole experience. Thank you to the hosts, Caroline and Jason!
