Open floor plan living/dining area/kitchen leads through sliding glass doors to a completely fenced in private lush tropical backyard paradise with large outdoor area for dining, lounging, swimming, and soaking in the spacious 7-person hot tub. Grill & dine al fresco on the backyard patio or enjoy the front screened-in lanai living area perfect for reading & relaxing.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steal appliances, drip coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, & kitchen essentials.
The Living Room/Dining Area houses a lux leather sofa to fit the whole family & 65-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TV and a large farm table for 6+ guests to enjoy a meal or game night.
All bedrooms have 50-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TVs, plush queen sized beds in guest rooms, a king sized bed in primary bedroom, and plenty of closet space. The Primary Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Guest Bathroom has a bath tub great for guests of all ages.

This cute property has it all, a lush backyard with large pool, a peaceful lanai, and plenty of space for friends and family to gather and enjoy each other's company. The location is also superb and close to anything you need for a great vacation.
