THE 101 es una fabulosa casa de vacaciones recientemente renovada con las mejores comodidades y comodidades de primer nivel. No tenemos ni un año de edad y tenemos los comentarios más altos de todos nuestros huéspedes que se han alojado aquí. El elegante diseño interior cuenta con una casa amplia y fluida de 3 habitaciones con materiales y muebles de la más alta calidad. ¡Todo lo que incluye pisos, cocinas, baños, electrodomésticos, muebles, vajilla y utensilios de cocina son completamente nuevos! Una luminosa sala de estar se abre a la piscina con mosquitero y al jacuzzi donde puede disfrutar del exuberante y tranquilo jardín, que le brinda la exposición al sol del sur desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, con espectaculares puestas de sol desde el patio trasero.

** Starfish Cottage Special ** - También tenemos otra casa de lujo, nuestra maravillosa casa hermana más pequeña, Starfish Cottage # 4536119, también con un poco más de un año de antigüedad y las críticas más altas, que está a la vuelta de la esquina y aún más cerca de la playa Restaurantes con tarifas especiales de verano!

The home was immaculate and had everything you needed including bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs. The property manager was responsive and even left some refreshments in the fridge. What a wonderful property! Very convenient to everything, and the house was immaculate. Grocery stores and wonderful restaurants were minutes away. Great pool

The home at a great outdoor area to hang out with family or friends. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The house has bikes, beach chairs and coolers to use. Kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook your meals.

Great home and great host. The only upside was the air conditioning.Not the right size unit for this home. We spend a few days with with some sweating, but enjoyed ourselves.

Sergio, While we do appreciate the 5 star review. We completely disagree with your comments on the air conditioning and we feel you should tell the facts. You contacted us saying it was not cooling while you had the a/c set between 67-70 during the day while we had temperatures around 100F and you had 8 people in the house going in and out to the pool. After you had reached out I said I would call the a/c company first thing in the morning but since we have all data by remote, I found out that the temperature was actually already at 70F almost all day and especially all night. After I mentioned that, you said you slept better and mentioned nothing else. The facts are you did NOT spend a few days sweating. To any future guests, please note all a/c can cool down about 20F from the actual outside temperature. You can not expect a house to be under 70F while the outside is around 100F and the real feel is around 108-112F. This a/c is service regularly and exactly the right size for this home. We can submit original screenshots and data of this guests actual temperatures during their stay if any future guest is in doubt and we always want 100% customer satisfaction. We would have sent for the a/c company if there was a real issue. There wasn't in this case.

We stayed at this property with our family and had a wonderful time. Thomas, the main contact for the rental, was very professional and extremely responsive which made everything smooth from start to finish. The house was spotless, check in was super easy, and the neighborhood was calm yet conveniently close to shops and plenty of restaurants. We also felt very secure traveling with children as the home had safety measures in place that notified us when doors were opened which was especially helpful with the pool area. Overall, this trip was absolutely a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be booking again.

Apart from running a very successful Real Estate Business and Travel Management Consulting Company for many years, I ventured together with LoriMar Properties LLC to create these very finely tuned luxury vacation rentals. We designed them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.

This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door.

From the minute you step into this wonderful home you will notice the love and workmanship that we have put into every detail. It comfortably sleeps 8 and gives you so much space in the brand new kitchen or outdoor pool and spa area. It gives you seclusion and yet closeness to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
