Located on the lower ground floor (-3) of the Doronic building (with elevator), the apartment offers a spacious 18 m² southwest-facing terrace with a dining table and sun loungers. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the open view of the Dent du Villard, in a green and peaceful setting.
