Newly renovated apartment in an exclusive residential area of the small fishing village of Agaete in the sunny northwest of Gran Canaria. 40sqm garden with garden table and loungers and incomparable view of the sea (just a stone's throw away), with the Teide of Tenerife in the background and the mountain range of the Tamadaba Nature Park. 80sqm apartment with two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with dining table, bathroom. Own parking lot in front of the door. Satellite TV and internet is available. Nice footpath right in front of the door to the salt pans (swimming pools built into the sea) and on to the restaurant in Puerto de las Nieves

Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal in Agaete und haben immer noch nicht genug !!! Das Apartment ist einfach wunderschön, man hat einen phantastischen Ausblick, kann auf der Terrasse einen perfekten Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, von der Terrasse schaut man auf Berge und Meer. Sie ist gut zu erreichen, und in der Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Eine komplett gute Ausstattung runden das Bild ab. Man sieht allerdings dem Inventar das Alter an, einige Sachen waren defekt.

Unsaubere Wohnung, falsche Angaben und falsche Fotos

Die Ferienwohnung auf Gran Canaria, Unterkunft Nr. 2581172 haben wir wie folgt vorgefunden: Einige Teile der Wohnung waren schmutzig, abgewohnt und ungepflegt, besonders in Küche, Badezimmer und in der Abstellkammer. Das Auffinden von drei alten Socken, vermutlich vom Vormieter, zeugt nicht von einer Reinigung der Wohnung. Der Backofen war dreckig, voller alter Fettreste, stank und war dadurch unbenutzbar. Vom Vermieter gab es auf unsere Beschwerde über die mangelnde Sauberkeit keine Antwort. Die Dusche war eigentlich nicht benutzbar. Schmutz und Rost bewirkten, dass man nur mit Widerwillen die Dusche benutzte. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind immer dunkel, da sie im Souterrain liegen und die geschlossenen Fenster-läden nicht geöffnet werden können. Im ersten Schlafzimmer hatte das Queen-Bett bei einer Breite von 1,40 m leider nur eine billige, dünne Schaumstoffmatratze. Ein vernünftiges Schlafen von 2 Personen war nicht möglich. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer befand sich ein “Einzel-Kojen-Bett“ mit zwei übereinanderliegenden Schaumstoff-Matratzen, die ständig verrutschten. Das zweite Einzelbett kann man durchaus als eine bessere Campingliege bezeichnen. Die Betten waren somit schlichtweg eine Zumutung. Das ist eine bewusste Irreführung, da die zugehörigen Abbildungen nicht der Realität entsprechen! Eine Bewertung über den Mieter vom Vermieter? Geht's noch? Was soll der Blödsinn? Wir wollen eine Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung und den Fotos entspricht, mehr nicht!

Außergewöhnich gute Lage: Meerblick (Sonnenuntergänge!) und Blick in die Gebirge; große Terrasse( z. Frühling 2023 in Agaete

Wir genossen die schöne geräumige Wohnung Casa Julia mit der grossen Terrasse mit Sicht auf Puerto de las Nieves und dem leisen Meeresrauschen. Die Sicht über das Meer auf den benachbarten Teide ist bei Sonnenuntergang bringt einem so richtig in Ferienstimmung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr günstig, die Fischrestaurants und die Schwimmmöglichkeiten liegen alle in Gehdistanz, die grossen Einkaufsläden sind mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar und der Flughafen ist mit weniger als einer Stunde Fahrzeit schnell erreichbar. Und in etwa einer Stunde ist man mit dem Auto bereits im Wanderparadies im Innern der Insel. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Could be perfect.

The position of the apartment is perfect, overlooking the port and sea with cliffs and mountains behind, and with a perfect view of the sunset each evening. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk down to the port with it's restaurants, beach and fishmonger and perhaps a little longer to reach the centre of Agaete, a lovely, relatively sleepy, Canarian town. Both walks home are quite steep so you do need to be mobile. We needed to talk to Lex, one of the managers a couple of times and found him to be very friendly and efficient. Beware though that our taxi driver couldn't find the address, so the Google maps reference they send you is important (and if you get lost it's just around the corner from the Roca Negra hotel). The only reason this is not 5 stars is that it needs some attention. Windows need to be fixed, a door handle falls off, the wooden fence at the end of the terrace is loose (and it's a big fall the other side - this apartment isn't suitable for small children). With a little love this place could be perfect.

Traumhaftes Appartement

Wir verlassen die Insel, Agaete und das außerordentlich schöne Apartment heute mit Wehmut. Selten hatten wir ein Feriendomizil, dass uns den Urlaub so wunderschön ins Haus geholt hat. Großzügig, gut und liebevoll ausgestattet - und dann dieser Knallerblick auf das Meer, das kontinuierliche Meeresrauschen... wir waren ganz hin und weg. Wir mussten auch mal nachts auf der Terrasse schlafen, so schön war die Meeresatmosphäre. Agaete selber ist ein wunderschöner Ort, die Beachbar an den Salinas, die Fischrestaurants am Hafen, Wanderungen in das umliegende Bergmassiv, wenig Touristen, ganz im Gegenteil zu den Hotelburgen im Süden, also, es war einfach nur toll. Und das lag ganz besonders an der „Insel“, wie wir unser Appartement nannten. Klare Empfehlung 👍

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wunderschön gelegen. Abseits der Touristenströme. Auf der Terasse hat es leider manchmal nach Abwasser gerochen, weshalb man diese mit Vorsicht geniesen sollte. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer und eigentlich sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht unbedingt den ganzen Tag am Strand liegen möchte. Top Lage und super Essen im Ort.

Hervorragende Lage jenseits des Massentourismus

Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit seitlich wunderschönen Pflanzen und fantastischem Blick auf Puerto de las Nieves und das Meer Richtung Teide mit unbeschreiblichen Sonnenuntergängen. Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Schnelles und stabiles WLAN. Reichhaltige deutsche Sender bei guter Qualität auf dem Flachbildschirm. Ausreichende Terrassenmöbel. Ein weiterer Sessel im Wohnzimmer wäre sinnvoll.Leider ist im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett das Bettgestell des Doppelbettes etwas instabil und neue Matratzen wären auch notwendig. Die Landschaft im Norden ist fantastisch und auf schönen Wegen erreicht man Puerto de las Nieves und Agaete in ca. 10 Minuten.

Für uns die ideale Ferienwohnung. Hoch über den Klippen mit toller Aussicht auf die Mole und den Ort. Wir haben viele Aktivitäten von Agaete aus auf der Insel gestartet. Mit einem Mietwagen kein Problem das Inselinnere zu erkunden. Das Dorfzentrum liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt mit netten Restaurants und einem sieben Tagen geöffneten Spar Supermarkt. Abends kann man gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen und dem Meeresrauschen lauschen. Wer unbedingt Baden möchte kann das fussläufig an der alten Saline an einem Kiesstrand. Also wir können Agaete und die FeWo Julia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Fünf Sterne von uns.

Appartement excellemment situé dans une partie calme de l'île

Très bel appartement, superbe terrasse avec vue sur mer et sur Ténériffe. C'était agréable de pouvoir aller à pied jusqu'au port et jusqu'à Agaete. C'était vraiment ce que nous recherchions ! Seuls petits bémols : il n'y avait ni fer ni planche à repasser (comme annoncé) et la cuisine et la vaisselle pourraient être mieux équipés. Cela n'a toutefois pas entravé notre plaisir d'être là.
