Enjoy an apartment with direct access to the Croisette from its private garden. A few steps from the beaches and the port, this ground floor accommodation offers all the necessary comforts for a stay in Cannes. Its outdoor space allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation, while being in the heart of the popular Palm Beach area. MAIN OUTCOMES - Location on the Croisette - Direct access to the street facing the beaches via a private gate - Through and bright apartment - Private garden - Private garage in basement (maximum width 220cm) 2 minutes walk, in a nearby building - Reversible air conditioning in the living room and master - Wifi included HOUSING Your discovery of the apartment : From the entrance, a storage cabinet is available. On the right, a first bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm and a wardrobe. In the corridor suite, a shower room, an additional closet and a separate toilet. The fully equipped open kitchen leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV and dining area. Large bay windows bring light and overlook the garden. From the living room, access to the air-conditioned master suite including a bed 200x180 cm, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. This room also has a large window opening onto the garden. The exterior, exposed West, is furnished with a dining area, a coffee area and sun loungers. A gate allows direct access to the Croisette: just cross the road to reach the beach and the port. Another asset? A private garage in the basement is 2 minutes' walk away. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.From Cannes station: about 35 minutes walk, 20 minutes by bus. Need a transfer? We can handle this through our concierge service. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
