HOUSING
From the entrance, you access a bright living room with a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, and access to the veranda.
This indoor dining area extends the life outwards, with opening to the garden and pool.
The EST garden, with sea view, is accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, table and high chairs.
On the night side, the corridor distributes three bedrooms:
- One bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm), closet, TV and direct access to the garden
- A second bedroom, identical, this one with bathroom also including a shower and double sink
- A third bedroom, at the back of the apartment, also with queen size bed and wardrobe
- Additional shower room
- An independent toilet.

From Nice airport: about 35 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes station: about 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot.

- Boulevard de la Croisette: join this mythical walk in 13 minutes on foot. Palaces, luxury shops and sea view all along
- Antibes Street: 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car, you will find all the fashion signs, lively cafes and shops nearby
- Quartier du Suquet: 15 minutes by car to stroll through the alleys of old Cannes, dine in a small restaurant and enjoy the Forville Market
- Îles de Lérins: access to the pier in 17 minutes by car. A few minutes by boat is enough for a natural getaway on Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat.
- Nautical activities: paddle, kayak, jet-ski or excursions at sea are available a few minutes walk from the beaches or port.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
