OCEAN VIEW
is located a few meters from the sea on a rocky coast directly on the Atlantic.

The apartment is located on the upper floor in a quiet holiday home area on the cliffs.

From the roof terrace you have a clear view of the sea.

There are parking spaces in front of the front door in a quiet cul-de-sac. A hiking trail along the rocky coast leads in a few minutes to a bay with a sheltered and monitored sandy beach.

A supermarket, a restaurant and a bar can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The former fishing village of Carvoeiro with numerous shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities is about 2 km away. There are good bus connections.

The spacious and bright apartment consists of a bedroom with a new extra bed in October 2017 with a box spring mattress 200 x 180, a guest bedroom with double bed 195 x 143, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with separate dining area and a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen and a large roof terrace overlooking the sea.

The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, heating, grill, air conditioning, WiFi hotspot, bed linen, sun loungers and a complete kitchen.

The rental price includes final cleaning, use of bed linen, towels, satellite / TV, WiFi / hotspot, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning, as well as heating costs in the winter months (radiators / air conditioning).

A deposit of € 150.00 will be charged.

The Best Location

I felt so lucky to get to stay right on the ocean at this price point. I loved the trail access right out front. The space has everything one could ask for to have a great holiday in this region of the Algarve

Had a lovely two week stay mid March. Indra the property manager was very helpful, prompt and accommodating. Lovely walking trails right outside your door. Several good restaurants around.

Cosy home, within everything you need. Lovely terras on the roof with a great view. A perfect stay for cycling and walking. Shop for food and restaurant nearby. On walking distance.

An enjoyable break.

A comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The spacious roof terrace has spectacular views of the sea and coastal path. We had several walks along various sections of the scenic trail. Parking is just outside the property and we were able to explore other areas of The Algarve.

Great location, great view, minimal amenities

Enjoyed the stay very much, but would have been improved if the towels were less shabby and there had been some personal use cleaning products like shampoo. I would rent again now that I am aware of the rental limitations.

Beautiful little home right on the sea. So many advertise sea view, this home is truly on the sea with beautiful views from the windows as well as rooftop terrace. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire stay was wonderful, from the home to location, and host, it was everything we could ask for and more! Thank you! A lovely apartment this is the second year we have stayed here, the view from the rooftop is gorgeous, very spacious and clean, very peaceful at night, easy to get around the area nice restaurant Hilders 3 mins walk away, good for breakfast and dinner reasonably priced, would definitely book this apartment again.

Wonderful view!

Arriving was easy thanks to the perfect guidance from Indra. All very clean, ideally suited for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 younger children. But all was prepared for the 4 adults we were, thank you so much for this. The breathtaking view from the roof top was amazing. We didn’t spend much time elsewhere than Caboeiro but nothing we saw matched this view. Hoping to return! A real special place, very practical and nearby a lovely small beach and a nice beach bar.

Absolutly amazing

We had an amazing time in Ocean View. The apartment is quite small but well equipped. The terras is amazing and that’s where we spent most of our time when we were in the apartment. The location is very good, 10 min walk to a beautiful beach which wasn’t as crowded as the more famous ones. A small but very well sorted supermarkets 5 min walk from the apartment. Just outside is one of the best hikes in Algarve. Indra was very helpful and came with a lot of tips. All in all we had an awesome week.

Pleasant apartment with magnificent ocean view from bedroom window and rooftop. We just slept there, because we met with our family in their cottage. So we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t use the kitchen or the washing devices. The bathrooms lack small garbage bins. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, die Lage ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung ist top. Frau Müller ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nochmal herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle. SPAR Supermarkt Fußläufig ca. 300m, der traumhafte Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber: Leider riecht es tagsüber sehr stark nach Fäkalien. Auch auf der sehr schönen Dachterrasse ist dieser starke Geruch allgegenwärtig solange der Wind vom Meer kommt - und - der Wind kommt tagsüber immer vom Meer. Schade dass die ungeklärten Abwässer viel zu nahe der Küste ins Meer gelangen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer 1A Lage in einem ruhigen Ortsteil mit eigenem Strand und Strandrestaurant.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was eine Familie für einen Urlaub benötigt: 2 Bäder, WM, GS, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Bügeleisen ...Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und auch der Kontakt vor Ort ist flexibel und nett.Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne wenn und aber empfehlen!

Aufwachen mit Meerblick

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top, mit Blick aufs Meer und privater Dachterrasse. Wir waren im Winter dort und es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Gerade für die kalte Jahreszeit wären ein paar Teppiche in der komplett gefliesten Wohnung schön, weil der Boden schon sehr kalt war. Alles in allem war es in der Wohnung sauber, das Besteck und Geschirr wies teilweise jedoch Verschmutzungen auf (z.B. eingetrocknetes Essen), sodass wir erstmal selbst spülen mussten, bevor wir davon essen wollten. Allgemein ist die Austattung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen/ungepflegt (Küchenutensilien, Sitzpolster auf der Terrasse, Handtücher mit Flecken, Müll im Grill).Das Bett war aber bequem und wir haben uns jeden Morgen über die tolle Aussicht gefreut. Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich und in der Umgebung sind viele tolle Ziele schnell zu erreichen.

Très bien situé, mais négligé à l’intérieur

Très beau site, accolé aux falaises de Carvoeiro, par contre, l’intérieur est négligé, les appareils électriques fonctionnent bien, malgré le manque d’informations nettes de la personne gestionnaire de l’endroit, les mobiliers sont vieillissants et la literie souillée et peu invitante! Faudrait investir un peu plus, je serais gêné de présenter un tel appartement!

Die schönste Terrasse der Algarve

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber ein bisschen abgewohnt. Die Dachterrasse mit perfektem Blick auf die Klippen und den Atlantik ist wirklich wunderschön!
