Check-in was excellent as Emma met us at our arrival. Supplied with some treats in the fridge was a nice touch. Condo was very clean and well supplied. Great location to downtown with lots of great restaurants.

We have stayed in this property before and it is a well-maintained, well-appointed and well-equipped apartment, conveniently located within walking distance of all Carvoeiro has to offer. The pool area is brilliant and check in process simple and efficient, with Emma being a very helpful and contactable local management agent.The garden area is great for evening dining and bbq, although some of the shrubbery could maybe do with a little trimming. Also there are only three sunbeds, which were fine for the two of us but perhaps a fourth one might be useful for more occupants?All in all, another great holiday in nice accommodation on a small but well-maintained complex.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this fabulous property. As stated in many other reviews, this place is better than the pictures indicate. We found the apartment extremely clean and well equipped in a fantastic location within a short walk of Carverio. Would recommend hiring a car as there are many places to visit all with half an hour. Would thoroughly recommend.

At Home in Carvoeiro

Emma was excellent to deal with - responded promptly any time we had a question and gave us a list of great restaurants. Apartment was comfortable, spotless, spacious and well equipped. Loved sitting on balcony enjoying the view of Carvoeiro at the bottom of the hill or sitting at the front in the sun with our morning coffee. Bedrooms had plenty of storage space. Because we were there 17 days, we enjoyed housekeeping half way through our stay.Location was a good home base and we enjoyed our stay inspite of rainy, cool weather the first week, but were able to use any sunny opportunities to explore the beautiful Algarve.

Excellent Townhouse

We had a great week in this beautiful Townhouse situated on a hill over looking the lovely town of Carvoeiro. It had everything you would need for a great holiday the beds were so comfortable at night it is so quiet we had a great night's sleep all week.There is a bit of a hill up to the property but we walked down and got a taxi back which only cost a little over 4 euro ..Emma who looks after the property is brilliant the welcome pack is great especially when you arrive early or late all the essentials milk water ect .I would not hesitate to recommend this property for your holiday and you will not be disappointed

Great location overlooking the town and coast . Great afternoon /evening sun in its own garden when the lovely pool area has given you to much sun . The small complex is up a small slope which makes it sure the property is nice a quite . Beautifully appointed ,large and very clean .

Very homely villa

Emma met us at the property and the handover was seamless. The villa is like a home away from home, nice decor and very well equipped from the kitchen, to beach toys and umbrellas. The villa has a lovely positioning by the pool, with its balconies and garden facing down the hill which provided lovely privacy for all the meals we ate outside. It’s a short, but steep distance from the town, meaning it was easy access, but not outside your front door, which was perfect for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our week away. Wonderful Casa Jolie

Casa Jolie has everything a family of four need for a perfect holiday on the Algarve. Centrally located within a ten minute walk from Carvoeiro beach & village centre, it is only a short drive from other attractive resorts as well as Portimao & Lagos. The house is well appointed with modern furnishings and was spotlessly clean. The communal pool was well maintained and quiet. The air conditioning ensured that we could sleep well in the comfortable beds despite the heat. Overall a five star experience!

Colina Verde - little gem of a property

Great property, all amenities as described. Location at the top of a steep hill is the only downside. Pool area and garden great for relaxing and selection of satellite Tv channels almost as good as home (sport and movies, uk channels). Would recommend as long as fit enough to manage the hill.

Everything you need to have a great holiday

The property is amazing - it is clean, spacious, conveniently located and has everything that family needs to stay with children for a week or more. Walking distance to beach, lots of places to eat nearby, there are good hiking trails around. We would definitely book it again if we travel to this area in the future.

The Townhouse has air conditioning throughout with large open airy rooms, its our home from home. We are situated on the quiet side of this small complex and spend the afternoons in the garden where almost all our meals are enjoyed. We hope you will enjoy our house as much as we do.

Because the property is situated on the highest elevation of Carvoeiro you get wonderful cool breezes coming off the sea. You will also enjoy the late afternoon sunsets from the garden sipping some of the finest wines from the Alentejo region.
