Between vats and springs - in the heart of Goudargues

Enjoy a unique experience above old wine vats in a very nice 75m2 apartment in the centre of Goudargues.


The accommodation is adjacent to the village church, which will immerse you in the typical atmosphere of a French village. The bells ring the hours — a charming detail for some, to note if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment is composed of two bedrooms, each equipped with queen size bed (2 beds of 80x200, possibility of putting them in single or double beds). In the second bedroom you will also find a small mezzanine with a single mattress.

Both bedrooms are equipped with fans.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. You can enjoy a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a capsule coffee maker (Nespresso type), a kettle and a toaster.

The bathroom and toilet are separate.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. It is located under the eaves, you will have to pay attention to the beam when entering the shower. Apart from this small inconvenience, the bathroom is spacious.


You will have access to a private courtyard of 30m2 equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided), a large table with parasol and small outdoor beds.

You can park your car in a private and covered parking space, adjacent to the house. There are also many free spaces in the village and around the house.

The river (the Cèze) is two streets from the apartment. You will have no trouble finding a beach to swim in. The water is clear and swimming is pleasant.


Goudargues, the Venice of the Gard, is a true haven of peace where it is good to stroll along the canals and enjoy the Provençal art of living. Between heritage, nature and gastronomy, you will find here an ideal setting to recharge your batteries

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. The property has so much character and charm and is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is superb, right in the heart of Goudargues with its beautiful streams and some decent restaurants. It’s a good location from which to explore the Gard region. Highly recommended.
