Welcome to a 3bd/2ba home perfectly located to everything you want to do in Tucson!
Newly installed level 2 electric vehicle charging station. Free to use while staying with us.Recently renovated and newly furnished! This house is a private oasis, tucked away in the historic Broadmore neighborhood. This quiet neighborhood has biking and walking paths and the lush Arroyo Chico wash is steps from the house. The Broadmore neighborhood is known as the pioneer of urban forestry in Tucson and has many large trees and beautiful desert vegetation throughout the neighborhood. Whether it’s walking, biking or driving we are only minutes away from anywhere you would like to go!

While at the house you can relax in ultimate comfort! Enjoy conversation while reclining in new lazyboy furniture. Every room has a memory foam mattress with adjustable base and the master bedroom has private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make a great meal. You can also enjoy that meal or drinks on the large, extended patio or at the fire pit on a cool evening. Bar b queuing is a must! You can also enjoy our newly installed 3 hole putting green. The yard is large with pet friendly desert landscaping and there is plenty of room to run around for the kids.The home is also equipped with a whole home UV air purifier that filters viruses, allergens, mold, pet dander, dust and cooking smells. When you stay here you will find yourself refreshed for your Tucson adventures or business endeavors.

Things to know:
- We love and respect our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am.
- “Little hands touch our floor so please leave your shoes at the door”. Please remove your shoes while in the house.

Amazing stay! The AC went out during our trip and Thomas had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was incredibly responsive and such a thoughtful host. The home was spotless, comfortable, and the well‑stocked kitchen plus extra supplies made our weeklong stay so easy.

The best possible stay in Tucson. We stayed there for soccer tournament and the place is 9 minutes from Kino sports park. The communication was fantastic and the place was perfect. Clean, well maintained on a quiet street.

Great house in the perfect location.

We loved this house! We stayed here while moving my daughter into U of A. Plenty of space for the whole family, close to campus and shopping. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again next time.

Great little getaway spot in Tucson

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and modern with lots of cute touches. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Beds were comfy and the back yard had some nice lights that made it special!

My husband and I, plus daughter and son-in-law, were in Tucson for a wedding. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a slight plumbing issue. The rental was tastefully furnished and we felt comfortable entertaining friends and family for short periods of time. The neighborhood was quiet, thus we all slept well. We would stay there again,

We currently live on west side of Tucson where we love the outdoors and the many activities we can do with the kids! We are ready to share our lovely central Tucson house with others , through VRBO.

The private front and back yards, along with the personal putting green, pair nicely with an evening sitting by the fire pit. The property is also located in a neighborhood with walking and biking paths to enjoy the lush desert vegetation.
