In the small village of Jurazini, near Labin is located this vacation house with a swimming pool. It consists of two apartments with separate entrances, connected by an external staircase. The vacation house is functionally furnished and well equipped. In a courtyard typical for Istria, dominates, besides inevitable vines, the outdoor pool. Here you can relax with your favorite book or a refreshing cocktail. Nearby, visit the old, picturesque town of Labin. In Labin there are many events in the summer. In Rabac, the most beautiful beaches of Istria await you. Discover this beautiful peninsula also on excursions that will take you to Pula, Rovinj and Porec and in the interior of the store to charmingly situated villages in a hilly landscape.

Super nette Vermieter. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Das einzigste Schade ist die Entfernung zum Meer. Obwohl man die 25 min auch verschmerzen kann. Die Gegend ist etwas ruhiger.

Wir hatten mit 2 Familien das komplette Haus gemietet.

Wir hatten mit 2 Familien das komplette Haus gemietet. Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter in Empfang genommen.Der Pool ist wirklich sehr schön, auch eine Reinigung erfolgt regelmäßig über eine Poolfirma. Am Morgen sitzt man herrlich unten auf der überdachten Terrasse, am Abend ist die Dachterrasse bei einem Glas Wein perfekt um in die Sterne zu schauen. Die Wohnungen sind gut, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Wünschenswert wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. (war leider nur an einem Fenster vorhanden)Das W-Lan funktioniert leider nur mittelmäßig, mobile Daten sind am besten außerhalb der Wohnung zu empfangen.Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, der Vermieter wohnt nebenan. Ca. 2 km entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man das wichtigste bekommt.Tipp: Gegenüber befindet sich ein tolles Restaurant "Placa" mit herrlicher Terrasse und sehr guten Essen. Reservierung ist hier empfehlenswert.Labin erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten, hier sind verschiedene Restaurants, Supermärkte, Tankstellen etc.Bis zum Meer sind es jedoch in der Regel ca. 30 Minuten.

Séjour parfait

Location parfaite, la maison a tout pour plaire, elle est très propre, très bien équipée. Vous pouvez vous balader à pied aux alentours Idéalement bien placée. Et alors une mention spéciale aux propriétaires, une gentillesse nous avons eu droit à des petites attentions merveilleuses.
