I stayed with 4 girls and we had an amazing time! The house was the perfect fit for us! Michele was quick to respond with any questions and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend and stay again!!
The owner was easily in contact with any/all questions, responding in a very timely manner. She was also very flexible with specific needs! There is so much privacy for being in the neighborhood so close to the beach. The home is very clean, adequately furnished even with K-pods for morning coffee on the porch! Laguna beach is far less crowded than PCB and right down the road from the house! 10/10 recommend
Wonderful screened in porch! Big back yard for my furr baby but the yard needs some TLC and it would be a perfect getaway. Easy walk to quiet beach and close to all the fun in rosemary and seaside!
This beach cottage was very cute and quaint. It only took 5 mins to walk to the beach. Everything was wonderful! The only complaint I would have is the mattresses because they were a little uncomfortable, but overall my family really enjoyed it! We would definitely visit again!

Hi Mollie,
Sorry to hear that the mattresses were not comfortable. They are only 4 months old - If you were on the bunkbeds they are thinner mattresses so that you don't roll over the bars. Hopefully, you still enjoyed Laguna!
Fit our family of 4 well. Enough room inside with a couple of enjoyable outdoor spaces. Neighborhood is quiet. Close to a beach that was not crowded at all - Public access 84 (a couple minute walk). Not to far from a variety of entertainment option. Publix is a short drive. Would stay again
Perfect for small group. Felt homey and inviting. The outdoor areas need alittle tlc and lighting. It appears to be a work in progress at the moment. Would loved to come back when rehab is finished.

Hi Diane,
Yes I will be adding lighting in the outdoor areas - just bought the house a few months ago and it's on the list. Thank you for your input!
Septic tank needed repair. Trip was shortened. Due to bathroom issues
Fair! Need some repair.

Thank you Bettye for being understanding while the septic issue was addressed. I'm sorry that the initial plumbing company couldn't fix the problem and since it was late at night the second company couldn't come out till the morning. You are welcome to come back this summer at a discounted rate for the inconvenience. Just let me know what date works for you.
We enjoyed staying at Laguna. It’s a small place with one bathroom but worked out well for our small family. We enjoyed the complimentary bikes for a quick trip to the beach. The outside has a lot of greenary which is beautiful! There isn’t a ton of lighting but the owner did string some lights for us which was super nice and beautiful at night! The AC worked very well which is a big plus on a hot Florida day!
Disappointed that the water and ice in the fridge was broken. Also the bed in the master is not the most comfy and we banged our chin on the frame more than once! Ended up putting a pillow between the bed and the frame so we made it work! All in all is a great place. I would return next time I am in the area.

Thank you Kimberly for your feedback. It will help me to improve the house. :)
The inside of the property was cute and very similar to the pictures the host has posted. Unfortunately the outside was in shambles when we arrived. The stairs to the two story balcony were being replaced when we arrive. I am completely aware that these things sometimes happen and properties need maintenance like this. However, there was no communication from the host. When we arrived the gate was open to the stairs, luckily I went first and not my children as after the first flight of stairs I was greeted with no wooden planks on the landing. There were nails all over the outside walkways, the white benches in the pictures were completely removed, the outdoor table was wreck from the tree above it. The only outdoor space that was usable, was the screened in patio. When I emailed the host about the safety concerns, her response was “the stairs are being replaced, I’m not sure what you want me to look at here”. She was very rude and argued with me our entire stay over the safety and the complete lack of upkeep of the outdoor space. At one point told me no one had been there to take care of the back yard in 2 months. If you are like me and feel like this place is nice stay or an outdoor getaway, just know that the listing is misleading.

I apologized for emergency work being done on the back deck stairs. I refunded you money for the inconvenience. You were the one that was rude - accusing me of growing marijuana on the property when it was a Japanese maple seedling and being angry that the refund didn’t hit the next day. I have never had a guest in three years complain like you.
Sweet little bungalow. The yard looks to be a work in process but overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the evenings on the front patio. We would stay again!!
Perfect place , beautifully decorated, loved the back yard and the patios. Will definitely be booking another stay.

I have always loved the beach and lived at or near it. I had two properties when I lived in NJ. I am grateful to have the opportunity to own this Florida cottage and be able to share it :)
Why they chose this property
I have extensively renovated the property since purchasing it. The property is so relaxing and peaceful. Guests can enjoy the hammack swings, the back bar area, and barbecue. I also have a convenient beach stroller to pack up your things for the beach. There is a rooftop deck with a tiny glimpse of the water. There are a variety of birds and frogs that love the backyard as well! If you stay, I hope you enjoy this truly unique property that gives a perfect blend of the beach and land!
