Welcome home to Beach Bum Blvd located in the heart of Laguna Beach! Newly built in 2020 we are a 3 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 8/pet friendly + no size restrictions) and a quick walk to the beach! Our tucked away street offers serenity without sacrificing distance to the emerald waters and sugar white sands. The hot tub, outside dining, private outdoor shower with hot water, fenced in yard (great for furry friends), BBQ, provided beach supplies, and live TV are just a few reasons why our guests love staying at Beach Bum. Relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening out on the front porch. *Garage may be used for storage/ motorcycles!*

Bedroom 1: The master has a king sized bed, full dresser + closet, smart TV, and, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, full closet, and smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed, dresser, and smart TV.

Queen air mattress with headboard for guests 7 & 8.

Laguna Beach is a highly desired location in Panama City Beach. Enjoy your vacation without dealing with condos/crowded beach! We are conveniently located nearby Thomas Donut's and the Carousel Supermarket. 7 minutes from Pier Park and 6 minutes from Frank Brown Park.

Beach bum

Great place very clean inside and out. Fenced in yard small but perfect for a family with little ones or pets. I absolutely loved this place would recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to stay thats in walking distance to the beach.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this place. Everything we needed was there. Awesome set up for the hot tub area. Very clean and loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. Would stay here again!!! Thank you so much!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was super comfortable for our group of 6 and had everything we needed for a great visit. It's in a perfect location so close to the beach. We will definitely look for this place next time we head to the area!

First time at PCB

Vey nice and comfortable. Just the right amount of room for the 3 of us and our dog. The location was great, not too far away from the things we wanted to do. It was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend it. The owner checked on us and was easy to reach if necessary.

Great location - very well maintained

The place was perfect, has everything you need, well maintained; is out the hustle and noise, but close to everything. Host provided excellent and prompt communications. Our dog appreciated the fenced backyard. We felt like we were at home.

PERFECT!

Great location, very clean, communication with host was outstanding, and everything we needed was there for us especially for the beach! Best part was the hot tub!! The only thing I wish the home came with was a golf cart to ride around in instead of taking the car everywhere absolutely loved staying here and would recommend to anyone wanting to go to the beach!

Loved our stay!!

We have always stayed on the water but decided to find a place we could take our dog. This place was perfect! Location was great, short drive to Pier Park. My dog loved the dog door to the fenced in yard. The owners have thought of everything needed for our stay. You would not know the place is pet friendly- very clean. We will definitely come back to this location!

Great place to stay

Just got home from our vacation, this place was perfect for our group which was two adults, two teenage girls and our dog. Great location, easy to get to 98 for access to bigger stores and easy and quick to the beach for access to the ocean and donuts. The dog loved the yard and we loved using the hot tub each evening to relax. Great communication with the owner and no issues. Would stay again. Thanks.

Graduation trip

Me and my boys stayed for 7 days. The house had all the cooking utensils needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. We ate at the house and enjoyed sitting in the front yard. Quiet neighborhood, not a super far walk to the beach. Still close to all the main attractions with a short drive.

Just a stones throw from paradise!

This is an amazing beach house! It's not only beautiful, it was like being at a resort! We had our two small dogs with us and they were over-joyed with the "doggie door" to the backyard. The focus of the host is to make your stay a very comfortable and positive experience. You won't find a better host than Kara! My husband and I are looking forward to another stay at Beach Bum Blvd. Thank you, Kara, for everything!!

Loved Our Stay at Beach Bum Blvd! Highly recommend.

The property was newer, clean and very well kept. Everything from appliances, cookware, showers, furniture, fans were all updated which was really nice. The inside a/c kept the temp at a comfortable level for us. There was a pet door which was perfect for our small dog and the fence was secure. The only catch was it is a bit more than a five minute walk. It took us closer to 10 minutes. The houses around us all offered golf carts since it was a little bit of a walk and a golf cart with the house is really the only thing that would have made it the perfect stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book here again. Also, the property owners communications were outstanding!

The Off pin point

The VRBO pin point and the address are way off. I can’t be the only one who looks at that pin point blue dot. One is across street from water and the accuracy of the home is down the street. I could not recover from that. The owner was spectacular. The house was a few years old and still looked new. The master bedroom mattress could be more comfortable. The fenced in yard for my two dogs was great. It was close to everything but not the location I thought I was renting. This was our 6th VrBO rental and it’s never happened before. I hope it gets fixed
