This Property is a Duplex. The East side features 2 King Bedrooms with Bunks and 1 Full Bath. Each side is a completely Separate and Private Living Space like an apartment, but this cottage is built out of solid concrete... It's Quiet : ) . Outside, next to your front door, there's a hot/cold shower. The rear porch, patio and grill area, and laundry are shared spaces. If you need a smaller space, we have the West side also available which offer 1 King Bedroom + Bunk Area. You can also rent the entire property and the security door between the 2 sides will be opened for your family to enjoy the entire house.

Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach, The Oleander Cottage is on the corner of Front Beach Rd. and Oleander Street. This is certainly one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about. No getting in the car to go to the beach... it's across the street.
Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World FAMOUS Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.
Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our NEW International Airport). Frank Brown park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! ... Convenient Beach Access

This is the third year we have stayed in the Oleander Cottage in the 2 bedroom side or the 1bedroom side. We love the convenience of the beach access and the house is comfortable. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is the bathroom. It is so tiny that it is much easier to take a shower in the outside shower which is as private as you can get with it fronting the road. Nevertheless…we love the beach cottage but might be looking for a bigger bathroom if possible the next time around.

Great family trip

The cottage was very cute and clean. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our 2 grown kids. It's very handy with easy beach access. When they say small shower, they mean it 😁. It wasn't a problem for us. This was our second stay in one of Lisa and David's properties. I definitely recommend them and their business.

4 because the tiny shower

Super cute and very convenient to the beach. I don't think I realized how tiny the shower was tho when booking. It was very hard to bath our toddler. And hard for even 1 person to shower with bumping your elbows on the wall or soap holder. So sadly we wouldn't be able to stay again until at least our daughter or any future kids can shower themselves. Otherwise this would be the perfect place to come back to.

Anniversary at Oleander East

Thank you for hosting us at Oleander Cottage! The cottage was super clean and the beach access was the best- Could not have been easier to reach the sand. We needed to relax and only things we wanted were to hang out on the beach and enjoy the cute vintage accommodations and nearby restaurants. Mission accomplished! We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful cottage

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oleander cottage! The house was so nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Lots of hooks and mirrors which is always appreciated when staying at the beach. The internet was super fast which made my kids happy. Being only one mile from Thomas’ and Carousel grocery was a huge plus. The beach access is literally right in front of the house which meant we could make trips back and forth throughout the day with ease. The ONLY down side was the very tiny bathroom. But the location and closeness to the beach along with how well thought out everything was in the house more than made up for that! Communication with Lisa was easy and pleasant. We would love to stay here again next year!

We always have a great stay in Laguna Beach in David and Lisa's properties. They take care of their clients and their properties, paying attention to all of the details. Everything is always clean and beautiful. They are always very attentive to any needs the client might have. We have stayed with them more than a handful of times and always have a great stay.

Absolutely would come back

Hand down would stay here again. This was everything we wanted in a beach house stay. Location was so close to the water, making it easy to run back and forth to grab snacks, drinks, ect. Umbrellas and beach chairs available so we didnt have to haul those from home in the long car ride. Communication was easy, and responses prompt from the owners. Bathroom was TINY, but i was aware of this in the reviews so we were prepared. There is also a fully enclosed outdoor shower which was a bit more roomy. Lots of seafood markets and resturants closeby as well. We are kind of foodies and were not diappointed with the food options. I have had lots of vrbo/vrbo-like experiences, some great, some terrible, this is probably the best one i have stayed it. Keep up the great work hosts!

Cute place close to the beach

My husband, 18 year old son and I stayed three nights at the house. It is an adorable beach cottage, nicely furnished and quite comfortable. It is right across the street from beach access, making for easy trips to the beach. The bathroom is small, but met our needs just fine. There is also a nice covered back patio and a yard with a charcoal grill and cornhole. While the outdoor space is shared with the neighbor, we rarely saw our neighbors and felt comfortable hanging out on the patio and using the grill. The owner reached out to us the day before the trip to confirm our visit and give us the door code. Would stay here again!

Bon séjour

Cottage propre et bien situé. Juste tu traverses la rue pour accéder à la plage. Coin tranquille près de tout à peut près 10 minutes en voiture. Petit inconvénients : Salle de bain trop petite. Cottage sur les photos apparaît seul,alors il est collée à un autre cottage j'étais pas au courant donc j' étais averti par les propriétaires de faire attention au bruit. Il faut partager la laveuse et la sécheuse.

Great as usual

This our fifth time here and it's been the same every single time. Lisa has been in touch every single year to make sure everything is perfect. The house fits everything we need. We are closer to the beach than most beachfront homes for a quarter of the price. One of the best local grocery stores in the country within three minutes. We couldn't ask for anything more, which is why we keep coming back.

Great As Usual

The house was so cute and clean and the beach was close enough to run back and forth all day. Loved the outdoor shower and hanging on the back patio in the evening. There were beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and boogie boards to use. We didn't have to shop right away; starters of tp, paper towels, detergent, etc, but we did hit Dollar Tree for plastic cups and a few bowls with lids for food and leftovers. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. You wouldn't even know the house is connected and people were next door, although we did meet them and they're gonna rent the side we stayed in next! The owners are friendly and helpful--highly recommend!

So great we came for 3rd time!

Our family loves staying at the Oleander Cottage. This was our third time and we had another great experience. The home had everything we needed and more. The kids love the collection of beach toys and the proximity to the beach access is terrific. We can't wait to go back!

Another great stay!

We had another great week at Oleander Cottage East. We always appreciate the extra touches that Lisa and David provide: comfortable and tasteful decor, nice towels, beach towels, quality paper products and soaps to get the stay started off right and a clean cozy environment. The kids loved the boogie boards and the adults appreciated the beach chairs. Friendly contacts from the hosts to make sure our every need is taken care of is appreciated. Only a few steps to the family friendly, quiet end of PCB. We love it here!

Perfection!

Our family had an amazing visit in the Oleander Cottage. I can't say enough good things about the location, decor, cleanliness, and how well it was supplied. The owners have updated almost everything but somehow maintained the charm of the cottage architecture. They have thought of everything we needed, even beach towels! Thank you for sharing this adorable property! I've already scheduled my next stay!

Beach 83

The property was exactly as described. The pictures do not give it justice. The cottage was comfortable and decorated with a beach theme. All the supplies for cooking were available to prepare your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The internet was strong with no problems. Lisa and David were available immediately if any problems. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Laguna beach getaway

The owners were available at any time for any needs. The cottage was clean with the exception of mold on the bathroom window. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. No vent in bathroom to turn on during showers which could be reason moisture accumulates on window. The sofa and beds were comfortable. The kitchen table and benches were not comfotable. The crevices in between the table top made it difficult to clean and thus felt unsanitary. It was a great location. The price was good for a month stay. With a few changes would stay there again.
