The house:
Spacious corner house with terrace and garden in a quiet, central location in close proximity to the 'Country List' and the nature reserve 'elbow'.
The particularly attractive for children Oststrand, many shops, the harbor promenade and the port with the "Forces of Nature Centre" are within walking distance.
The bus stop is just two minutes away, bike hire in the immediate vicinity.
On house there is a parking space for your car. Additional public parking spaces directly on the street.
Ground floor:
Porch and entrance hall, kitchen with separate utility room with washer / dryer combination, toilet and separate shower, living and dining room. The floors are tiled. It is heated in the living room with underfloor heating.
The living / dining room is spacious and equipped with a dining table for up to six people and a bright and cozy furniture. From the living room you go directly to the sunny south-facing terrace and the garden. On the terrace are an in-house beach chair and another table.
Upper floor:
A large and bright double bedroom with small balcony faces south to the garden, the second is located opposite to the north and is as quiet. Both are equipped with large fitted wardrobes and high quality carpet. All beds have 180x200 dimension.
