Unfortunately there was a lot of issues from ac cooling poorly; cleanliness of kitchen drawers, pillows that were as flat as paper, washing machine leaking all over the floor during use, ice maker not working at all, security never in office to register vehicle and poor communication between officers so even after we paid we got a notice threatening towing, board games were incomplete broken and scattered all over the unit with a used lollipop stuck to cards, couch on patio was ripped and dirty, smell of urine in indoor couch and floor mats were so old and dirty. This unit needs better cleaning between tenants and a few updates to earn better reciews. vRBO messaging was responsive which I appreciated but there was no support provided past that during our stay.

Beautiful Condo, Great experience

Our family travelled down for an athletic event. The condo was beautiful and well-maintained. It was spacious and a great alternative to a hotel room, which is our typical option when traveling for sports. We would certainly return for a vacation when we had more time to enjoy the area!

Best balcony! Great view!!!

Absolutely unmatched view in OC. Direct ocean front view was stunning. We were here in April and had perfect spring weather. The enclosed balcony made it possible to be outside and enjoying the view the whole time we were in the condo. My 3 Teen boys loved the basketball court on the 2nd floor. And heated pool was terrific. Highly recommend!!! Walkable to several restaurants, was a nice plus. Owner Bob responded immediately to questions and provided advice, this is a great condo.

Needs work, disappointed. Expect better when renting from VRBO

When we walked in the bleach smell almost knocked us out. Took a long time to go away. Things are really run down and need fixed. Chairs in dining room cushions are torn, doors need work don’t shut right, screws falling from chairs at counter. Lots of work should be done to fix things up. We were disappointed. It’s a shame could be a nice place

Fantastic!

My family of 4 came to spend 5 nights in November in Ocean City. This three bedroom unit was perfect for us! My daughter loved the bunk beds and my son was happy to have his own space. The view in the morning cannot be beat! It’s worth it just for that, but there’s so much more. The pool was fantastic! Heated and large enough for many to play. Since it was November, we had it to ourselves, for the most part. The beach is pristine. The arcade amenities were great options. The location is far from the boardwalk, but there is so much close by! Check in was easy. Parking was easy. Host was responsive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You won’t regret this rental.

Pictures are deceiving

We have been doing family vacations for the past 3 years and have never had an issue. Unfortunately this place was not what we expected. The pictures are not what they seem. This was extremely dirty, black spots on mattresses,(possible bed bugs) hair found all over our sheets, boogers on the walls, stains all over the walls, hugh rips on the seats, table in big bedroom falling off the wall. We tried to reason with host for a refund stating that we could not stay there afraid of bringing home bed bugs. They were extremely hard to deal with leaving us to buy cleaning products to clean ourselves to make it where we could stay. If I could find a way to post the pictures we have before anyone else makes the mistake of over paying for this place I would. BEWARE OF THE FALSE ADVERTISING of this place.

Black Mold Neglected Property

The owner seems deeply committed to putting zero into this condo. Surprise $150 registration fee, flymageddon inside condo. But the mold was what killed me. My family of 4 took was the bunk bed room. The carpets were super filthy and worn out, as was the dated furniture, some was actually ripped to shreds. I tried To look past the persistent smell of urine in the bathroom but eventually removed the bath rug and realized it had likely never been washed, was caked in stains. As we were getting tucked into bed that first night I climbed the ladder to tuck in my 8-year old and noticed that the air vent over her bunk was growing fuzzy black mold and had black mold spores inside the vents as well as on the ceiling above the vent. Mold was in closet ceiling as well. We could barely sleep, especially since all 4 bunk beds had thick plastic covers on them, I guess for bed wetters or whatever else can happen in a nasty OC rental over the years. The pillowcases also had plastic covers and were like boards. You could feel all the moisture from your body and hear the crunching of the plastic of your bed and the bed above you. The front load washer also reeked of mold. My mom never complains about anything and said the bed in the middle room was the worst sleep of her life. I fretted over the place all day on day 1 and 2 and made the decision to book a hotel on day 2 and left. It really affected our family trip. Family left early too. Shame on Vrbo I think we’re done with Vrbo after this.

Gorgeous view

Condo was as described and very nice. View was gorgeous and building amenities were fun for kids on an offseason weekend. Check in was unnecessarily complicated . There was a $75 “cash only” fee that was due at check in that was only disclosed on the day of in the email saying the room was ready. Then in addition an extra (second) parking spot was $10 a day and required registration and parking in an assigned spot. Despite the lot being empty I was assigned to three spots before getting an empty one I could park in. This extra $105 wasn’t a deal breaker on the cost but I would have much preferred that to have been included in the listing and for the charges to have been upfront. The security guard was also very concerned about what doors we used to unload the cars and where we parked while doing so. Signage and advanced instructions would have made that easier instead of complaining when we were halfway done. Overall a good weekend experience for price and a very nice unit but would recommend a revision of the check in.

Wonderful vacation home

We were so happy with this condo. We had no issues with check in. The place was clean and as pictured. Beds were made and clean towels provided. The host was amazing and every time we messaged, responded almost immediately with kind responses. We loved The Capri. The pool was a big hit with the kids, a long with the game room. The beach is literally off the deck. And that view was amazing. We absolutely loved this place!! Highly recommend.

Great views and beach access

We stayed with 2 kids and my parents. Everyone has plenty of room. The balcony was definitely a favorite spot to hang out. The views are great. Very easy access to the beach. The owner was clean and the building has lots of things to do.

Disappointed

Check in was awful! They allow no parking there u til your room is ready to Ben tho heck out is at 11:00 am. You should be able to at least park after that and enjoy that day! Room was NOT clean by any standards! Floors made our feet black after walking on them for a few minutes. The porch was covered in sand ( I had to vacuum myself) coffee maker did not work properly. Door did not lock properly, we had to rig a chair up to it. Pull out futon was full of sand when it was opened. Comforters that were there for use were not clean. 1.5 tools of toilet paper for each bathroom for 10 people for 3 days. Air conditioning was set to 75 when we got there. Not cool enough so we turned it down to 70 and it never made it to that in the 3 days
.only got to 72. No dish cloth and 1 dish towel. The furniture in the game room looks like it was found along the road. Way too much money for what we experienced! Would not recommend

This location is amazing

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years and am considering another stay next month it truly never disappoints the hosts are fantastic and very accommodating the views some of the best money can buy just stunning the beds and amenities are modern and comfortable just a great stay highly recommend.

St. Patty’s Friends Weekend

This spacious condo had such a nice ocean view and it was conveniently located near everything that we wanted. The hosts responded quickly whenever I needed something. There was a registration fee when you arrive. It would have been nice to know that prior to arriving, especially since it is cash only. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

HI Everyone,
I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
