Your Perfect Mountain Getaway Cabin in the Heart of Nature

The location of this cabin is great! You are located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There is even a backway from cabin to avoid all the traffic to Gatlinburg. You are close to all the activities that the Smoky Mountains has to offer. The cabin offers the comforts of home with hot tub and gas fireplace. After spending the day in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and/or Dollywood, you will feel nature all around you as you rest for the evening. You may even see a few bears exploring through the wooded area during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. The cabin is approximately 4 miles off the parkway.
We do have security cameras located facing the door entrances.
The cabin is located in the mountains. Be aware in the event of inclement icy or snowy weather you may need a 4 wheel drive or snow chains. The roads are paved and well maintained all the way to cabin. Travel insurance is highly recommended for winter reservations.

The cabin was exactly as described and really clean! Rhonda was a great host and called to make sure everything was well upon check in. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels were available! The location was perfect for us as we were able to get to Dollywood and GSMNP easily.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with any needs we may of had! We had no issues other than the locals (bear) had removed the cap off one of the septic caps… we notified the owner and it was taken care of immediately! Very pleasant folks! If you want to see bears this is a prime location! We had visitors each night and morning … I would highly recommend to remove any and all things from your vehicles … as one local (bear) did attempt to get into our car. Definitely will be booking this cabin again!

Our stay was wonderful. The beds & pillows were really comfortable & the hot tub was perfect. Everything we could have needed was available & Rhonda was a fabulous host. We showed up a few hours early to make sure we could find our way before dark & she was nice enough to reset the door lock so we could drop off our luggage before heading downtown!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at A Cajun Bear's Dream! Rohnda was wonderful, easy to communicate with and accommodatable. The cabin was perfectly decorated, very clean and had all the comforts of home. Plus a few extras in the game area! It's conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg allowing us to visit the Great Smoky Mountains. We truly cherished the cabin, the peace, the views - including our visit from Mama bear and her cubs. We would most highly recommended this location, and hope to some day return - maybe in the fall to see the colors change.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Hands down the best vacation rental I’ve ever used. The host was super nice and accommodating when our plans changed multiple times. The cabin was clean and had all the comforts of home. We even had a few bears pay us a visit.

We’ve stayed in many cabins around the Gatlinburg area and this was by far the best. Everything was spotless (including the hot tub), beds were comfortable and there were plenty of different pillows. The couches are comfortable, but you’ll want to be outside on the porch most of the time. The wildlife was insane. We usually drive Cades Coves once a day but there was no need this trip. We had two momma bears visit the cabin everyday. One had one cub and the other had 4! The driveway isn’t straight up like some. We were able to park two cars and turn them both around without any trouble. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus some. When we arrived there was some broke up watermelon in the back yard. I emailed the host just to make sure she knew we didn’t put it there. I didn’t want her to think we were feeding the bears. She immediately reached out and said she would send the cleaners out. I declined the offer and picked it up myself but it was still nice of her to respond so quickly. We will be booking this cabin again and would recommend it to everyone. I know the photos look like we were right on top of the bears but I was just zoomed in to the max.

This is the place to stay!! Very clean and the cabin was beautiful! Rhonda was a wonderful host! We checked in late, but Rhonda called the following morning to check on us and make sure everything was good. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful décor for a true mountain stay experience. Cozy cabin with a great host, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and all the essentials provided. The road access is nice, and the location is perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Grocery stores are about 17 minutes away, so be sure to shop before arriving. Bring your own shower soap and read the check-in instructions carefully.

What a great cabin

We had such a great stay, on the way up we saw a bear and wild turkeys were loitering in the yard for several days. It was very clean and very relaxing, I hope that we get to come up and stay again soon.

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a great time at the property. We came for a couple days at Dollywood and the kids loved the loft area and hot tub. We would definitely recommend the property and welcome an opportunity to come back.
