This is a two-bedroom penthouse at a new luxurious 5-Star Resort.This stunning 2038 sq.ft. The Presidential can accommodate 6 people, has a Master bedroom with king bed, his and her sinks in the large private bathroom, large shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two double beds with a full bathroom. This Presidential comes with free Wi-Fi, living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with marble counters and wet bar, as well as a furnished balcony with sea views. Room service is available or savor the flavors of the Baja at wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars with delectable cuisine made from fresh and local foods. Relax on the white sand beach, swim in the amazing pools and recharge in the large, new equipment fitness center!
As I am a timeshare owner, please note that the Suite unit is not designated to a specific building/floor/unit number; however, all units have the same layout with slightly different decor. One great feature about this resort is you have access by a free bus between all the Solmar Resorts. This resort is not an all-inclusive resort, but you have the ability to purchase before you go.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this aparthotel offer safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.
