This property has a good location and convenient covered parking. Communication was easy, and the check in and check out process was smooth. Not really a place to hand out for long periods, but a good base camp to go explore the city.

It wasn’t bad. I appreciated how safe it was, with a pin access to the indoor garage and again a pin access to the door. I didn’t totally understand that it was an apartment building when I booked it, but works all the same. Cleanliness was like a 3/5, it seemed surface level clean, but we had spilled some mustard on the floor or something and when we wiped it up, the paper towel looked black. Just think it needs a deep clean maybe. Besides that it was good, hosts were super kind and attentive when needed. Thanks for the stay.

Amenities were good. It was a little confusing finding the door to go up to the unit. I wouldn’t say this property is downtown…it’s more downtown-adjacent. Great value for the money.

The place was perfect. It was close enough to the convention center. It was close enough to everywhere that we went. I highly recommend this property. We will certainly stay here again. We come every year four times a year.

The host was fantastic! She was very adaptable to us throughout our stay and super timely in her responses. Any issues we had she was happy to help solve quickly. This spot is a short walk to the train (although would not walk it alone) and a short walk to a cute street with coffee and shops.

The apartment is nicely decorated; however, there were some domestic problems. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be rewashed; same with the silverware. The shower curtain liner was icky and the shower curtain didn't want to stay closed. We went to target and bought a new set of hooks in order to keep the shower curtain closed while we were showering. Many steep stairs to climb to reach the apartment. Host was informative prior to arrival, so no problems with check-in codes. Since we didn't have our computer, we didn't know how to contact the hosts once we were in SLC. Highly recommend some TLC before renting out again.

The only thing we couldn’t account for truly was the amount of homeless people that sleep outside the property. We had two vehicles so one had to stay in the road instead of in the garage. The cleanliness of the property was okay. There is no trash bags, 2 pods for laundry, some soap, some seasonings( mostly Italian) and plenty of towels and sheets. We used our own sheets and comforter because there was a big yellow stain on the main bedrooms. It’s right next to a 7/11 so lots of traffic. The Tv went out on us and they were able to get us a new one by the evening after which was amazing. Very sweet people run the place just not the best for family because of all the homelessness. Hope this helps!

This little 2 bedreoom apt was so cute. Clean very comfortable & very affordable. Wish we would have had a few days to enjoy it more. This was our first time ever using an air B&B. I will tell my family & friends. Thank you so much.

Centrally located to our venue and to a really cool mall called City Creek, maybe a 5 minute drive. Just behind that is the Tabernacle Choir temple. Ruth’s diner just 10-12 minutes or so from the apartment, a must dine. Approx 1 hour or so to Antelope Island. The only problem we could see was a couple of times the garage door wouldn’t open until a light tap to the sensor. The parking is great just not for a larger car like the Escalade we rented.
