The apartment was in a great location and a great looking apartment. However, it was not without its faults. The access information was only provided on the day of arrival, even though we had been travelling to the destination for two days. Lucky we had a mobile phone with email access. We could not gain access to the building with the provided code-key/instructions. We waited on a very cold doorstep until a resident exited the building to gain access. Upon reaching the door of the apartment, the instructions were not clear and we struggled to open the door. When leaving the apartment we also struggled locking the door - there was a lack of instructions. Once in the apartment, the amenities were great. But, what was lacking was a small supply of tea and coffee - which would have been greatly appreciated. It was late on New Years Eve and there was no shops open.The bed setee would be ideally suited for small children however it was very uncomfortable for teenagers as there was a bar across the middle - resulting in a very disturbed nights sleep.On New Years Day, the oven wasn't functioning and although we called the management to ask how it worked - they took over 4 hours to return our call with useless information. By this time we had accessed online instructions to operate the appliance. Although a stunning apartment it is more suited to a couple who dine out.Final note - undercroft parking was very appreciated and needs to be noted in description.
