Aloha and thank you for providing your feedback! Our marketing description does state the unit is a studio but in reviewing the vrbo listing, I noticed it shows 1br when it should not be. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and we are currently working on getting it corrected with Vrbo ASAP. Maui Kaanapali Villas recently had all of their communication wiring redone for the entire resort and there were unfortunately some unexpected issues with spotty wi-fi following the installation. They have confirmed that the issues have now been resolved but we apologize for the impact this had on your stay. We would have been happy to troubleshoot this situation or provide alternatives if we had been made aware of the issue and we hope that you were still able to enjoy this lovely unit, its many amenities and nearby attractions that its convenient location offers while being unplugged for a bit. We appreciate your patience and are thankful the resort’s front desk was able to offer some restaurant credit compensation to help make up for the disruption. We do want to clarify that both the front desk and the privately owned restaurant are operated separately from us.
