This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams at Orange Beach, AL. No pets, No parties, No Smoking/Vaping

3 bedroom/3.5 bath condo located on the 4th floor and has and an "expansive" incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom! The complex is located on the beach, right beside the Alabama Pass, so you will have a view of the boats coming and going to and from Perdido Bay to the Gulf of Mexico! The property amenities include a beach side pool, indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, boardwalk to the beach with a shower. The elevators and lobby are nicely maintained.

You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full size washer and dryer. The living room and master bedroom room have large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. There is also a half bath which adjoins the utility room. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener and more! Bring the food, paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by!

Bedding arrangement is as follows: Master Bedroom - King, Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen, Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen. The beds are made with white linen and offer a "Fresh" bed for each guest. A modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are supplied, but you may bring more. The utility room has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron and, ironing board. For your convenience, a personal amenity package is included, intended to get you through the first night in case you need to shop later.

Easy check-in. No standing in lines. Book this property and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy.

Wonderful family vacation

This condo was amazing! We had 6 adults staying for a week and there was plenty of room. Was great to have 3&1/2 bathrooms with that many people. The absolute best part though was the deck! It is huge with great views and absolutely beautiful sunrises. We saw lots of dolphins playing the canal and in the gulf. (Bring binoculars!) The location was fantastic too! Being able to walk to the beach, and easily walk or drive to shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely go back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of space and having 3.5 baths is fabulous!! Our favorite part was the balcony- lots of seating for us to enjoy coffee and lunch with a great view of the gulf and the pass! Would definitely stay here again!

We had three adult couples in our party. We loved this unit!! We each had our own room and bathroom, large kitchen, dining and living room. They had a Keurig machine, separate ice machine, they really made it convenient. The balcony is amazing! Perfect view and so big with different types of comfortable seating. This was our 2nd stay at Grande Point because we absolutely love the location. Your at the "end" of the beach, so it's not crowded, walking distance to restaurants, great complex!

This unit was exactly as listed. Very clean. The only problem if you would call it a problem was that the ice maker did go into over production and we had to place a towel under it because the ice kept spilling out. We would defintely stay here again and hope to soon.
