This second-floor retreat offers a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), new laminate-style flooring, a private balcony, free WiFi and Internet, a smart TV, and central air conditioning throughout.

Great location. Ocean view to east and snapshot of coastal highway to the west from the balcony. Enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony. The place is no frills and is what I would call ‘beachy’. It was clean and we thought it was reasonable price. We will stay again. Vacasa is manager

Perfect location for small group

The condominium was located where you could see the ocean to the east and coastal highway to the west. Conveniently located, old school beach vibe- not a lot of frills inside, but you are not there that much. The balcony was so nice to sit on and drink coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Towels, sheets, and starter kits were perfect & stocked. It was clean, comfortable and great communication with managing company.

Overall very satisfied with the property; great location, lots of room and plenty of storage! Short walk to beach and walking distance to all the bars/restaurants! If I had to nitpick, the dresser needs replaced in bedroom and the refrigerator was very loud.

Fantastic Location but Noisy

Could not ask for a better location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice cute little place with all the essentials. My only issue was how thin the walls are at this place. We could hear the unit above us a lot and occasionally some loud folks leaving the bar. If youre a heavy sleeper though this place is perfect.

Perfect for the two of us and our dog!

The home is much bigger than it looked in pictures. It was very well clean and stocked with anything you needed in the kitchen. We weren’t expecting it to have a tv in the bedroom along with the living room. We were surprised by the sheets, towels, soaps, detergents, etc. A great place in a prime location in Dewey. We love the Surfrider, and especially this unit. We will book again!

Home was very nice! Had great amenities, very comfortable bed & sofa, very large tv, appliances, etc. The short walk to the beach was awesome.

Right across from the starboard, grottos, and other great spots. On the ocean side so it’s only a minute walk to beach if that. Greatest place to stay in Dewey by far!

Amazing

This was perfect for my husband and I, it is right in the hustle and bustle of Dewey Beach but because of it being on the side of the building, it was much more secluded and quiet. It was very clean and linens and towels were provided as well as essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I already booked it for next year.

Perfect spot

Best location you could have in Dewey! Right above Woody’s and a close walk to the bar. I would highly recommend if you are going with friends or a significant other. Can be loud at night due to proximity to the bars, but that was to be expected staying in the heart of Dewey. Had enough room for our two pups as well, we would stay again!

It was good for us

close to everything. Very clean. We had some trouble with the locking mechanism. Twice when we were there people parked in the parking spot allocated for our unit. Otherwise it was just as described.

Not the cleanest…

The location is great. We were surprised by the lack of cleanliness in some ways: moldy shower curtain, yellowed towels, stained bedspreads that had been stored on the floor of the closet, food caked on dishes in the cupboards. The parking situation was also very confusing and a call to the property management company did not clear it up (they were not local and didn’t seem to understand the situation).

Keep looking

This condo was filthy, including floors, walls, couch, utensils and even the provided linens. This unit is close to town and short walk to beach (only pluses). There were flies, the dishwasher was broken and good luck with the living room sliding glass door. There’s no cable and the TV had a PIN number on it that didn’t allow for logging into our own accounts. Never again.

Fantastic location, Could have been cleaner

When I walked up to the staircase, there was a used condom at the bottom that remained the entire time I was there. The place was clean enough, but it had a lot of smudges in the walls, the front door was rusty and there was only one roll of paper towels and toilet paper. There was no broom and the swifter didn’t have pads, so there wasn’t really a way to freshen it up or sweep up the sand without buying my own products. The location couldn’t be beat- such a short walk to the beach and to town! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the people upstairs and outside. Just would expect it to be better kept up for the price

Great location - But Noisy Building

The location of this condo is right in the main scene of Dewey, and on the same block as the beach! The condo had necessary supplies and was easy to settle right into and extremely convenient. Unfortunately there were a few items broken in the condo, the sliding door was jammed in the main living area and the exhaust fan in bathroom leaked. Vacasa was notified and stated they are making efforts to fix these items. Unexpectedly, the condo was extremely noisy. The walls and floors/ceiling seem very thin. We could hear every footstep (and running/jumping children) from the condo above us, into very late hours of the night and into early morning, making it very difficult to sleep. We ended up leaving a night early due to this. The condo is advertised that it participated in a “noise sensitive” area, which was extremely misleading due to it being right across the street from Starboard and the noise loudly heard from the other condos.
