About this property

F10 APARTMENT Ulm • Apartment in the heart of Ulm

Our 93m ² apartment in the heart of Ulm offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a marble tiled bathroom and separate toilet and a balcony for up to eight people. It is only about 200m from Ulm Minster, only 250m from the Danube and just a 10-minute walk from Ulm Central Station.

The three bedrooms each offer a double bed, a smart flat screen, desk, wardrobe, various chests of drawers / shelves etc. Two of the rooms also offer a large sofa and the possibility of an extra bed (for example for the seventh and eighth person). The largest of the three rooms also has a dining table for up to 8 people.

In the kitchen, in addition to a high table with stools, a dryer, a washing machine and a wireless printer / scanner / copier, you will also find more than enough porcelain dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and many other kitchen utensils. The kitchen is also equipped with the following:

• Fridge with freezer compartments
• Cooker with hood
• oven
• microwave
• (capsule) coffee machine and a French coffee press
• Toaster
• mixer
• SmartHome device for cooking recipes, video messages, radio etc.

From the kitchen you can also access the balcony (also with a small table and chairs).

Our marble-tiled bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, two sinks and two hairdryers. The separate toilet is also tiled with marble.

In addition, the following is provided free of charge:

• Towels and shampoo / shower gel (and additional ones can be found in the closets)
• Bed linen (beds will be freshly prepared for you when you move in; additional bed linen can be found in the cupboards)
• Ideal for longer stays or if you want to wash your clothes: Various detergents, cleaning agents, ...
• Steam ironing station / board
• Coffee capsules, instant coffee and various types of tea / bags
• Fast internet via WLAN in all rooms

You will find parking spaces only about 50m away, for example in the public “Parkhaus am Rathaus” (night tariff from 7:00 pm to 9:00 am: 3 euros; daily fee: 15 euros).

    Large apartment in the city

    We stayed one night. The apartment has almost everything you need. The balcony could use more seat cushions and maybe some flowers. Looked a little sad. Inside we could not find a cozy place to sit down and hang out together. TV in every room!

    Great stay in downtown Ulm

    We enjoyed our stay at this property in downtown Ulm. The property is very close to the Munster and all the fun stuff there. We used the downtown Ulm parking garage which was pretty close to the apartment. We liked having an access code to get into the building and apartment - it was super easy and if we arrived home at different times we didn't have to hassle with passing a physical key around. The apartment was a great size for us and had a nice, modern feel. One thing we really appreciated was that it had a fan for each bedroom. It was really hot in Ulm when we were there so having the fans helped us sleep at night. The washers and dryers were great and the kitchen was a really good size. It was a great stay for our family!

    Familienzeit in Ulm

    Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ulm. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Innenstadt und nah an der Donau. In der Wohnung findet sich alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Spiele und ein paar Bücher für Kinder sind auch vorhanden. Lediglich Infomaterial zum Urlaub in Ulm fehlte uns etwas, dieses haben wir dann aus der nahegelegenen Touristeninformation geholt.

    Fijn verblijf in ruime en schoon appartement

    Ruim en net appartement, met alle voorzieningen. Voldoet aan de beschrijving. Bedden zouden iets groter mogen zijn, want ze waren nu wat aan de smalle kant. Verder uitstekend verblijf gehad.

    Saubere Unterkunft in super Lage. Unkompliziertes ein/und auschecken. Waren nur eine Nacht da, man kann es aber auch sehr gut länger aushalten und man ist sofort in der Stadt.

    Zentrale Lage in Ulm mit viel Platz

    Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz. Der Esstisch steht in einem der Zimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und angenehm. Eine Buchung kann weiterempfohlen werden.

    Sehr zentral gelegen, Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, gute Kommunikation, Dusche unpraktisch

    Hauseingangsbereich und Treppenhaus verschmutzt (Handwerker im Haus). Großer Fernseher in jedem Zimmer. Doppelbetten recht schmal. Kein wirklicher Aufenthaltsraum, stattdessen in einem Zimmer ein Bereich mit Tisch zum gemeinsamen Sitzen (siehe Fotos). Die Dusche im Bad hat nur einen schlecht angebrachten Vorhang und ist sehr eng. Man kann sich etwas behelfen und auf die unmittelbar angrenzende Wanne ohne Vorhang ausweichen. Wohnung recht hellhörig. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Heizung. Vermieter reagierte schnell, die beauftragten Handwerker (Wochenende) kamen dann aber doch erst nach einigen Stunden und konnten das Problem nicht vollständig lösen. Vermieter sehr kulant (Erstattung eines Teils der Mietkosten). Etwas "kleinlich" fanden wir die Regelung, dass ein um eine Stunde früherer Check-In (15:00, üblich ist 16:00) nur mit 10€ Aufpreis möglich gewesen wäre. Zusendung des Zugangscodes um 16:00 Uhr per sms war zugesagt, tatsächlich haben wir diesen dann erst erhalten, als wir um 16:07 angerufen haben. Aufenthalt insgesamt ok.

    Nur zu empfehlen, wenn einem Lärm nichts aus macht

    Leider waren wir eher enttäuscht von der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings können bis zu 9 Personen dort schlafen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zentral, aber an einer Hauptstraße. Die Nächte waren sehr laut durch hupende Autos und feiernden Gruppen bis tief in die Nacht. Zusätzlich hatten wir am Samstag morgen ab 7:30 Baulärm mit Presslufthammer in unmittelbarer Nähe (Wohnung oben drüber oder nebenan) . Leider von uns nicht zu empfehlen.

    Tolle Unterkunft

    Die unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung hat für uns 9 Mädels optimal gepasst. Sauber, viel Platz, Küche, Balkon. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Ausstattung der "Alexa" mega toll 😊 Wenn wir wieder in Ulm sind, kommen wir gerne wieder 😊
