Our carriage house is a studio apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood on the most desirable street in Midtown. It sits in an enclosed yard behind the main 2-story Victorian home, with private entrance from the garage or the gate to the sidewalk. There’s a combination BR/living area/dining area, and kitchenette, closet, and full bath, all totaling apx 250 sq ft. Washer and dryer. Kitchenette has full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2-burner hot plate, coffee maker, and toaster. All utilities included. Comes with one parking space in the garage. Walking distance to Piedmont Park, MARTA rail system, several restaurants, Jason’s Deli, Caribou Coffee, Hyatt Midtown, famous Peachtree Street, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the High Museum. Close to Publix grocery store and Walgreens.
