Exclusive vacation apartment at the Romanshof - Black Forest Plus included

The Stud Romanshof is a horse farm in the northern Black Forest, near Loßburg near Freudenstadt. Our exclusive furnished apartment is located on the top floor of a separate building, completed in 2017. You can relax with us in a very quiet location and enjoy the wonderful natural landscape. Also as a starting point for excursions to near and far destinations our apartment is the best.
Our apartment is equipped with high-quality furnishings to make you feel at home. Linger on the spacious terrace and let the nature take effect.
Supermarket, bakeries and butchers, petrol station, doctors and pharmacy can be reached in a few minutes in the village Loßburg, 5 km away, as well as an indoor and a heated outdoor swimming pool. The large district town of Freudenstadt, with the largest market square in Germany and the Panorama Bad is only 12 km away and a few kilometers further you are in the Nationalpark Nordschwarzwald!
The three-valleys cycle path (Neckar / Glatt / Kinzig) leads directly past our house.

Very nice accomodation in a green environment.

Verry clean and cosy accomodation in a green and calm environment. We enjoyed nature and the hospitality of our hosts. We enjoyed our walks in the black forrest.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung inmitten der Natur. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Obwohl es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist, wurde es trotz der großen Hitze dort nicht zu warm. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehrt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 km entfernt in Loßburg.

Idyllische Tage im Romanshof

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben im historischen Romanshof und perfekt gelegen für Spaziergänge durch Wälder, Felder und kleine Dörfer in der näheren Umgebung sowie für Tagesausflüge in den Schwarzwald. Die Pferde, Hühner und andere Tiere auf dem Hof haben den Aufenthalt bereichert. Wir haben uns durch Uwe und Michaela Hellstern bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine gemütliche und tolle Zeit. Perfekt eingerichtet, alles neu und sauber und tolle Gastgeber. Selten eine so zutreffende Beschreibung einer Wohnung gehabt. Sollten wir wieder in den Schwarzwald wollen dann gerne wieder in Loßburg auf dem Romanshof.

Super Fewo inmitten der Natur

Die Wohnung ist ganz modern eingerichtet mit allem Komfort und einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Für kalte Tage gibt es sogar eine Infrarotkabine. Die Gegend bietet wunderbare Natur und trotz der Lage etwas abseits ist man auch mit dem Rad schnell in Loßburg. Herzliche Vermieter helfen bei Bedarf gerne weiter.

Kann man gerne weiter empfehlen

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sie war sehr sauber. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr idyllisch, über Feld-und Waldwege geht es zum Haus, sehr schöne etwas abgelegene Umgebung. Zusammen fassend hatten wir einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und können die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen!!

Top ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung

Wir durften hier 1 Woche Urlaub, in traumhaft ruhiger Lage, inmitten von Wald und Wiesen genießen. Die Wohnung, besonders die Küche, ist super gut ausgestattet! Wer sich hier selbst versorgen möchte, dem wird es an nichts fehlen. Und sollte es doch mal so sein, sind die Vermieter super nett, hilfsbereit und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Terrasse bietet einem nicht nur ein schönes Sonnenplätzchen, sondern auch die Aussicht ins Grüne und auf die lustige Hühnerschar. Absolut top ist die Tatsache, das ALLE Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind, und man somit nur von den Singvögel und Hähnen geweckt wird, aber nicht von Mücken. Die schöne ruhige Lage hat zwar den kleinen Schönheitsfehler, dass es auch das Handynetz schwer hat, es bis dorthin zu schaffen. Aber ein super WLAN und ein kostenloses Festnetztelefon sorgen dafür, dass man trotzdem seinen daheimgebliebenen Freunden eine lange Nase machen kann. In ca. 2km ist die 1. Bushaltestelle (von hier kann man auch den Bahnhof in Loßburg erreichen), nach weiteren ca. 2,5km erreicht man schon den EDEKA in Loßburg mit Bäckerei, Fleisch-,Wurst- und Käsetheke. Außerdem sind hier ein paar Einkehrmöglichkeiten und die Touristeninformation in der Nähe. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und den netten ungezwungenen Kontakt zu den Vermietern genossen.

Natur, Ruhe & (wilde) Tiere

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Romanshof. „Unsere“ Hähne, Hennen und Pferde und die Kälbchen des benachbarten Bauernhofes mussten von meinem Sohn (5) täglich auf mehreren „Rundgängen“ bestaunt werden. In dieser wilden Einsamkeit des Schwarzwaldes herrschte eine wunderbare Stille und ein atemberaubender Sternenhimmel! Abends konnten wir sogar Rehe, eine Schlage und einmal einen Igel beobachten :-)! In der näheren Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Wildpark, Zauberland, Klettergarten, Talsperre, Aussichtspunkte... Die Wohnung war top sauber und umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert & freundlich.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer traumhaften Landschaft, innerhalb eines alleinstehenden Pferdegestüt. Sie ist großzügig gestaltet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr ansprechend aufeinander abgestimmt. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen exzellenten Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Der Kontakt zu Hunden und Pferden wurde uns auf unkomplizierte Art ermöglicht. Deshalb hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub trotz des für Juni ungewöhnlich nassen und kalten Wetters.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Einsam gelegen, perfekt zum spazieren und abschalten mit Blick auf den Waldrand, Pferde und Hühner. Die Gastgeber haben wir leider persönlich immer verpasst, aber nach unserem Schriftverkehr zu urteilen, sind es super nette Leute. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.

Alles war wunderbar

Alles war perfekt es hat uns sehr gut gefallen man braucht weder küchentücher noch Bettwäsche noch Handtücher mitzunehmen sogar ein super Radio ist vorhanden. Schön alleine der weg zur Unterkunft ist traumhaft es ist einfach eine perfekte Lage wenn man mit Hund verreist denn es gibt jede Menge Wanderwege die man zusammen kombinieren kann und die Vermieter sind sehr nett:) was die Sauberkeit anbelangt hat man gedacht dass die Wohnung zum ersten mal vermietet würde. Die Wohnung ist auch liebevoll dekoriert sogar Kerzen waren vorhanden:)
