Thank you for joining us in our Quatsino Paradise. We enjoyed having you and spending a little time chatting with you as well. Happy we were able to provide all the necessary support including extra freezer space for your successful fishing adventures. And happy that you were comfortable in the guest cabin too. Thank you so much for leaving everything so tidy and neat. See you next year we hope. Safe travels
Susan and Al are excellent hosts. They were waiting on the wharf to welcome us when we arrived by water taxi from Coal Harbour. They provided extra cots and bedding as needed for our group of three. They helped us unload our gear and they delivered our gear to the cabin, while we took advantage of the weather and kayaked around a bit, before heading into the bay where the cabin is located. Fantastic week, great place to stay, close to the ocean and very helpful, friendly hosts.

We enjoyed having Fred and his two brothers spend almost a week with us in our Oceanfront Guest Cabin. They were able to use the waterfront access to launch their kayaks on numerous adventures in the Quatsino Sound including a round trip around Drake Island, picnicking in Pamphlet Cove, and exploring the Neurotsos Inlet. We enjoyed a number of conversations with them and were able to share stories and information about the area, the local wildlife and history. The water taxi service enabled them to bring not only 3 kayaks but all the gear, tents, groceries and personal equipment for the entire stay.
The cabin was left spotless and we would love to have them visiting again. Safe travels and adventures to all. Susan & Allen
This cabin is nicer than most fancy resorts, with very welcoming hosts!

I wanted peace, quiet, beautiful view by the ocean and nature...R&R and it was a good spot to do the aforementioned.
The cabin is very pretty( hosts being a woodworker and stain glass artists) and very comfy( awesome bathtub). Al and Susan are always available on the premises for anything needed.

We always love getting to know our guests and sharing our community with them. Brad and Mairead enjoyed all the things Quatsino has to offer, dinner out at the local lodge, coffee at the KELP CAFE, canoeing along the coast, hiking to Colony Lake, wildlife watching, studio touring and so much more. They were perfect guests we look forward to hosting them on their return visits, and welcome their friends and family too....
25th aniversary in remote northern Vancouver Island
Upon arriving at the property Nancy and I sat on a log on the beach. The loudest noise was a fly passing by. The beauty of the view south towards Port Alice never lost its glow. The cabin was more than adequate to meet both our expectations and needs. Our hosts responded quickly to our requests and were very friendly and informative. We hope to come back.

We enjoyed Mark and Nancy's recent visit, they enjoyed the remote location and were able to make the most of the facilities including, canoeing, and going off on a fishing trip with the locals. They hiked and were able to visit the museum as well. It's very rewarding for hosts when guests can take advantage of the many interesting attractions on offer. The Spa bathroom was a big hit with Nancy and we enjoyed a last evening wine and cheese get together with the couple celebrating their 25th anniversary. Thank you so much for sharing stories of your travels and your several gifts as well ... You are more than welcome to visit us again. and thank you for leaving the cabin in such good condition.
