We were in town for my niece’s wedding at Primrose Cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and convenient to the rehearsal dinner and wedding venue locations. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was helpful and responsive. The amenities were good, although there were a couple issues with the guest bathroom. Also, not enough toilet paper for the amount of people that were staying.

This home was exactly what we needed for a multigeneration stay for a family wedding. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts thought of everything, including labeling the light switches. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want lots of cockroaches, this is your place!Other than that, it was a great neighborhood and a fine house. A little older and dirty/run down, but fine for a short stay. We did kill a cockroach every day we were there.

Great location in Alpharetta

This house was perfect. We shared this house with another family while we stayed there for a baseball tournament. Plenty of stuff to do around here. House was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay.

Wonderful Weekend

We booked this property for a family reunion. Everything about the house was wonderful- the decor, the amenities and the location. There were plenty of comfortable beds for our group of six. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend this property!

What an amazing place to stay! We had 7 in our group and so much room for everyone! Great kitchen, outdoor space and the dining room was great for game nights! Wonderful communication at all times! I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for everything!

The home was nice and had all needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The host was very accommodating. Would recommend this home. Note that driveway is rather steep in case driving a sports car.

Great property for all ages

The property was perfect for our family aging from 10 to 78 years old. We had plenty of space in the dining room and living room to share a meal, watch a movie, play games or just chat, all of us in one room. It has everything you need to cook large meals, proximity to all kind of stores and more. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay

This rental was large for our group of 5 - could easily hold more! It was really clean, open, and bright. We didn’t cook in the house but the kitchen seemed well setup to do so and the dining room would be nice for a sit-down dinner. When we arrived, we just had a few questions and the host returned our calls and texts immediately and was very helpful! Rental was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. We stayed for 4 nights and there were plenty of towels and other necessities available. It is really close to both downtown Alpharetta as well as Avalon shopping center (~10 minute drive each). Would recommend a car or plan to Uber if you stay here - not a lot accessible by foot. We would stay here again if we go to Alpharetta in the future!

Descriptions can be deceiving.

The saving grace of this property is the location. The kitchen is ill equipped if you plan to cook. The upstairs shared bathroom needs maintenance, esp. the shower. The 2nd floor carpet is soiled. The cut tile around the drain in the master shower is sharp and needs a raised cover. The master bathroom lacks an exhaust fan. The basement exhaust fan does not work. Windows and main level sliding door lack screens and many windows are painted shut. The bed in the master is uncomfortable. The worst problem was the (3) sickening sweet plug-in air fresheners on the main level being used to coverup a musty odor. It's unfortunate because the living space is nicely furnished, and our grandsons enjoyed the lower-level play area and backyard.

Way Awesome! So undersold

This is what VRBO used to be all about. Being welcomed into a home away from home. VRBO, if you're listening, all owners could take a few lessons from this host. We were all so impressed. Sometimes you really can't wait to get out of a VRBO. This was not the case here. This place was great. The beds were wonderful with real sheets and a nice comforter and really dreamy pillows (thank you for the pillows!!!!!). The kitchen was set up like you would want to use stuff, not like there was just stuff thrown in there to check a box. It was so nice. There were tissues by the beds, toiletries in the bathrooms, a user manual for the house, outdoor furniture, a maintained yard, games out to play. Everything was so nice like they actuall cared if we came back to stay again or not. I got away from VRBO and I really have low expectations if I am forced to stay. We stayed here because it was close to my brother's family and it suited our needs but I was dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised. I would really write another review and give it 5 stars to make this a 10. It was great. So undersold. I will be back here. It reminded me of the first time I was in a VRBO and the owners left a list of restaurants. I thought that was so nice. These owners left a manual that included all area attractions and a whole book about how to operate the house and be most comfortable. It was a great stay. I'm leaving so much out but I want to make sure this gets read. Seriously, if there is a VRBO corporate office or someone in charge of Customer Experience, call this host. Maybe they could do courses for other hosts.

Nice home

Nice home, as described. The only downer was we arrived in Atlanta very early on the day of check in and I used the VRBO app to message the owner asking if we could check in 3-hours early. She never responded to my question, nor did she check in at any time to make sure our star was going well, which it was. So other than the courtesy of communication, everything was as described.

Family Birthday

We have family in Alpharetta so this location to downtown was spectacular. We were looking for easy access to all activities and sites of Alpharetta. Definitely will stay here again. Mari is extremely responsive. Our coffee maker was not working properly and she replaced within the hour of our notification. Super hostess.

Perfect location and lovely home

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Alpharetta. The home was perfect with all the amenities you need. Gorgeous yard with fire pit perfect for fall! The kitchen had everything we needed. I enjoyed the fireplace in bedroom- super cozy! Wonderful neighborhood just minutes from shopping and great restaurants. We will be back!

In Alpharetta to see family

We needed to come to Alpharetta with my family of 6 for my dad’s memorial service. This property was exactly what we needed- the property itself is spotless and very well maintained. It was such a great place and so much bigger than we realized! We had our immediate family over after my dad’s service for dinner and all of the kids loved the foosball table and 2 player PAC-Mac/Galaga etc game in the walk-out basement and it even came with another table fitted out with tons of board games in the basement also! We had a great time as a family and with our extended family that spanned three generations that afternoon and I will cherish the memories and this house made it the perfect spot. Lovely deck off the main floor with both a table for four as well as chairs and good lighting for when the sun went down. Such easy communication with the owner and cannot recommend it enough. Fully fitted out with all of the large and small appliances you would expect, equipped kitchen, tons of linens and pillows and beds, quiet location and neighbors, and parking spaces in the garage. 5 stars!
