Beautiful, fully remodeled & stylish home located in the heart of historic Roswell. A short walk to top restaurants, boutique shopping and a lively downtown area. Stay in this family-friendly, charming home that offers it all.

Great house near canton st

We had a great stay at this house in Roswell. Great proximity to canton street and down town Alpharetta. Quaint and clean house with beautiful yard and outdoors space. We will return for another visit.

Beautiful, clean and great location

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. It is located near shops and great restaurants. The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very, very clean. Stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great house, nice outdoor space and plenty of room

One of the nicer VRBOs I’ve stayed in around this price. Really liked how close it is to the downtown Roswell village area. Thank you for a great stay, will be back!

Old College friends getaway

We loved the location of Off Canton Cottage for a 60th birthday celebration with old friends!! The weather didn’t cooperate (snow, ice, power outages…) but we were happy with our little getaway!

Great Experience in a beautiful home!

Our family (size 8) comfortably stayed the weekend at Off Canton Cottage and it was the perfect stay! Conveniently close to downtown Roswell and cozy amenities with an outdoor fire pit and upstairs bonus game room. We really enjoyed spending time together here. Josh (owner) was very communicative and we had everything we needed to stay in this nice, safe neighborhood. 5/5 recommend!

Fantastic family stay

The hosts were accommodating to our unexpected early arrival. The house was absolutely everything we hoped for and more. Every room was exceptional. They provided lots of additional amenities. The neighborhood had a welcome and friendly atmosphere. Our other family members were able to secure a place a few doors down. The interior was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The bonus was the children’s playroom which provided hours of entertainment. Provided also was books, magazines and recommendations for local entertainment and dining. The outdoor space was fabulous providing a playground for the kids and a fire pit for the evenings. There was also an extra large table for outdoor dining. This was by far one of the best stays our family of 9 has enjoyed. We are grateful for our hosts who made our family wedding even more special.

Perfect family getaway

Family Weekend

We ere a family of five with 2 parents, 2 adult children and 1 pre-teen. Property was excellent with nice, large rooms hat accommodated each family member, and beautiful outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful bright and spacious home

Loved the convenience of the house to downtown Roswell and Ivy Hall venue. My daughter’s bridal party (8 ladies) stayed here and there was plenty room for everyone to get ready and take some beautiful pictures in the master bedroom and out front. It was such a nice place, I’d like to stay here again! Josh was a great communicator!

We want to come back!

What a fantasic house! From the backyard, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the cool board game/kid room! The hosts were on top of everything! Small things that make a big difference like paper towels, S&P, olive oil, coffee, extra lienens and towels, where all stocked up! Highly recommend booking this house! Beautiful Property

Our group stayed here for a work retreat. The home is beautiful. Any communal space was large enough for all of us to gather, and any shared space (bedroom or bathroom) was large enough for 2 people! Josh was great to work with from booking to check-in. The neighborhood is close to Canton Street - a 3 minute drive to great dining amenities! We felt safe staying in this home + walking in this neighborhood. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Roswell wedding weekend

Wonderful location and house for family of 6. We were in town for rehearsal dinner and wedding on Canton Street and it was perfect location. The house has ample bathrooms and bedrooms for all and even has steamers in the closet to steam formal wear. Weather was perfect and we were able to enjoy the screen porch and relax with friends. thank you so much for sharing this exceptional property.

Right on Roswell!

Plenty of room, comfortable, clean. Ubers etc arrived reasonably quick. Beware the driveway is steep and long. Don’t leave roller bag unattended or it could takeoff downhill. :-)

w/e family wedding

We chose to stay at a home rather than at the wedding hotel; so glad we did! It was a chance to visit together at a beautifully renovated home. Open downstairs area, very nice backyard, even made smores in firepit area. We did not cook, but kitchen seemed to be well equiped. Nice to have coffee available (needed to buy cream). The best part was having 3 - 1/2 bathrooms, so helpful when many are getting ready. Nice towels, comfy beds, lovely area - it's a grat place to stay!
