Welcome to "Villa Paradisos 2" with private pool!
One of five unique holiday homes on a large plot at the entrance of Pitsidia. With about 120 sqm of living space over 2 floors, the villa is suitable for up to 6 persons.

The lovingly designed outdoor complex is a small green oasis with a veranda, terrace and private fun pool in L shape (6,50mx4,50mx1,00m flat) and invites you to enjoy your most beautiful holiday.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious fully equipped living- kitchen with fireplace, TV-Sat, W-Lan, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the upper floor there is another bathroom with bathtub including shower head and two further bedrooms with double beds.

From the hallway you reach the spacious balcony, which extends over the entire length of the house. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view to the village of Pitsidia , the surrounding area and the mountain “Psiloritis”.

All rooms have air condition, the windows are double-glazed and with blinds as well as mosquito screen in addition to lock.

The villa is individually decorated and has every comfort.

To this beautiful holiday place belongs also a separate outside kitchen with a covered porch, stone oven and grill.
Mr. Manolis Pachakis is the owner and builder of this charming place. As well he is an artist who likes to work with wild natural stones, which he has lovingly integrated into the outside areas and the unique houses.
Experience Manolis's incredibly warm hospitality here. With great pleasure he prepares traditional delicacies from time to time or invites to a barbecue in his outdoor kitchen, which includes a large porch.

Danke für den schönen Urlaub :-)

Schon bei der Buchung und den Reisevorbereitungen wurden wir bestens von Bärbel betreut. Das Objekt ist liebevoll gestaltet, sauber und gepflegt. Vom Gastgeber Manoli wird man regelrecht verwöhnt, da steht schon mal eine volle Schüssel mit Obst, oder auch mal ein Omelett mit Gemüse auf dem Tisch. Auch ein Grillabend in gemütlicher Runde mit Gemüse und Wein wird für alle neuen Besucher veranstaltet. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit einem liebevollen Gastgeber und einer wunderbaren Betreuung durch das ganze Team. Gern kommen wir wieder. Viele Grüße Die Kretaner21

Immer wieder .......

Nach wirklich angenehmer "Reiseanbahnung" durch die Objektbetreuerin Bärbel sind wir problemlos mit dem am Flughafen gemieteten Wagen angereist. Direkt beim Betreten der sehr individuellen, detailverliebten Anlage haben uns Menschen empfangen, die durch ihre Herzlichkeit durchaus mit den spätsommerlichen Tagestemperaturen wetteiferten. Auch die Bewohner von Pitsida haben sich jederzeit als überaus nett und bemerkenswert hilfsbereit gezeigt. Die Ferienanlage liegt am Ortsrand und hat uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben "alles richtig gemacht zu haben". Durch ein Barbecue in der tollen Freiküche haben wir unsere Gastgeber und andere Gäste in wirklich netter Atmosphäre etwas näher kennen lernen dürfen. Es gäbe so sehr viel Positives zu unserem Aufenthalt zu sagen, ich möchte hier niemanden langweilen. Wir würden diese Anlage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, hervorheben möchten wir noch das Café "Traumfabrik" und das Restaurant MIKE. Vrosso, Manolis und Bärbel - herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir werden uns Wiedersehen! Eric

Ferienhaus-Oase

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet (alle Angaben der Angebote trafen zu), sehr sauber, einmal wöchentlich komplette Reinigung des ganzen Hauses (nicht nur Wäschewechsel!). Wenn technische Mängel auftraten, wurden sie prompt von Fachleuten behoben! Das Haus steht zusammen mit 3 anderen auf einem liebevoll angelegten großen Grundstück. Der Eigentümer der ganzen Anlage ist ein überaus gastfreundlicher, aufmerksamer und netter Mensch, der regelmäßig vorbei schaut, sich um alles kümmert und gern auch mal einen geselligen Abend mit seinen Gästen verbringt - Griechischkurs inklusive: er spricht nämlich weder Englisch noch Deutsch - ist aber kein Problem! Sehr netter Kontakt auch zur deutschsprachigen Verwalterin! Kompetent, hilfsbereit und randvoll mit guten Tipps und Informationen. Ein überaus gelungener Urlaub für die ganze Familie, genug Platz im Haus für 6 Erwachsene. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!!!
