Dream of enjoying your favourite music from SONOS sound system which is controlled by an iPad on your sun bed or hanging chair? Yes, here you can! Welcome to the unique fully high end equipped lake Villa PAM with glazed huge windows. Not only summer, but also all seasons, you can live here absolutely comfortably, go swimming, jogging, climbing, cycling, fishing or boating.

To prepare meals you have a Nescafe coffee machine, a toaster, an orange press, a water boiler, an egg cooker and so on.

Villa PAM is located in the nature reserve s'Albufera. You can reach one of the best beaches on Mallorca island within 200m, a supermarket within 300m as well as a gas station or bus stop. Top restaurants and beach bars are around you. You can also rent a bike nearby.

High spec accomodation in a great location

A beautiful fully equipped villa less than 4 mins walk from a lovely sandy beach. The villa was very quiet, there was everything needed in the kitchen and there was a great delicatessen and supermarket just around the corner. Highly recommended for a family superior beach holiday.

Great house with all the amenities required. The location was perfect being a 20 minute walk to Port d&#39Alcudia. Very family friendly and relaxed. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Alcudia but not be right downtown. The pool was small but still very nice.

Villa Pam was absolutely amazing! I came to stay here with 5 of my friends and everything was exceptional! The house is in a perfect location - 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach and 35 minute walk along the beach to the port where you find many beautiful restaurants and bars. Everything was super clean and modern, powerful showers and the garden had spots both in the sun and the shade which was perfect for us. The hosts were super friendly and were contactable by whatsapp to answer any questions we had. Our experience was 10/10 and I hope to return in the future!

Very nice location in between the beach and a big nearby lake. Ample workout opportunities both for strolling as well as outside strength training on the opposite side of the lake. Nice pool for cooling down, however, too small for real swimming. On site grill in the yard. Quiet bedrooms with aircon. Nice and clean.

Modern big house Modern and high-quality equipment Beach, store, etc. vicinity Not a owner problem, by neighbour fixed the front doors to the villa complex and locked us out . The house has a water storage under the house and when it is filling it sounds like a broken pipe (usually during the night)

Amazing Villa

Fantastic villa - great location, near to beautiful beach and a lovely view of the lake from bedrooms. Everything in walking distance - large supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, with port and Old Town 30 minutes walk along the beach. Villa was in a quiet residential street, despite central location. Very secure property, high tech, minimal and contemporary. Immaculate and clean on arrival. Great communication with owner, and welcome by care taker on site. Lovely to have the privacy of the garden and pool, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perfect place to re-charge!

Family enjoyed a long awaited and well earned rest.

The villa overall was very good with many very up to date features. Very pleased with washing machine/ dish-washer and all other kitchen equipment. Outside furnishing very good and plenty of areas to sit. Very cold plunge pool - weather did not help admittedly. Limited shower towels meant having to wash them every day for re-use. Minor points - Wife and daughter required a full length mirror and bedside lamps not that practical for reading purposes. Limited number of restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Complicated induction hob oven etc - instructions for use would have been useful. Intermittent/ unreliable Wi-Fi would have made working from villa complicated. Managed with hosts help, for casual use. Third bedroom single bed a little small for adult son.

Wonderfully located modern home within footsteps of the beautiful Alcudia beachfront -lock up and go

The location is really great - feel lucky for having been in this location with ideal proximity to what is a very family and holiday friendly area of Mallorca. Al'Cudia beachfront is so close you can walk straight onto it. Awesome for families, nice soft sand, warm water. The Eroski shopping centre / Repsol service station with Shop is also within walking distance, making it convenient to pick-up supplies. Also a number of easy running routes directly from the house are great to keep the indulgences of ice-creme at bay and exercise up! The house is the definition of "lock-up-and-go" with automated slatted sun protection at the touch of a button that also provides security while out and asleep. A great sound system controlled via the provided iPad allows you to really get into the beach mood with Spotify playing throughout the house. In fact everything is modern and in great working order including the Weber Gas BBQ on the patio, and you have more than enough cutlery and crockery to not feel like you are always washing up on your holiday. Wonderfully attentive hosts who really care that you have a comfortable stay. The pool was a bit cold for the time we were there in early May - it was great for an after-run cool down. Would be amazing in Summer. Just bear in mind the need to watch over young kids as it is easily accessible. Also appreciated the fridge filled with the bear essentials and even a local Mallorcan wine.

Die kleine Villa ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern! Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, vollständig und hochwertig, was nicht selbstverständlich ist bei Ferienwohnungen. Auch im Kühlschrank lag ein Willkommenspaket - einfach perfekt. Super technische Ausstattung (Soundanlage, Internet, etc.), eine gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, absolut sauber und tolle Lage. Wir kommen wirklich sehr gerne wieder!
