Adjoining the owner's house (separate entrance), on the ground floor and at one level (one small step to access the terrace): living room/kitchen, one bedroom (two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together), shower room (shower and toilet). Private terrace and unfenced garden. One private parking space in the courtyard in front of the cottage. The Preston cottage offers a pleasant, well-maintained country atmosphere, with its attractively landscaped exterior and unobstructed views of the mountains. Spacious and comfortably furnished, it is situated in a peaceful setting of meadows and forest, on the edge of a residential hamlet. Ground-floor apartment with a lovely outdoor space at the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park. At the crossroads of valleys, ideally located for exploring the various mountain ranges and renowned ski areas of Beaufortain, Val-d'Arly, Tarentaise, Maurienne, and Lauzière (motorway 4 km away). 8 km from Albertville, a city of art and history and famous Olympic site. Lake Annecy, internationally renowned for its pure water, is 32 km away. Close to all amenities. A perfect destination for a romantic getaway or a business trip.
